    So many desserts, oh my!
    Andrew P.

This little bakery is located in the strip in Beltsville that has Myoung Doung, an international food market and a few other businesses. This isn't the only location -- Silver Spring and Sandy Spring have one too. It was towards the end of the night, and there were still plenty of desserts on display. One side had whole cakes, and the other had slices, cupcakes and more. I saw red velvet cupcakes, marble cake, macarons and a fruity cake that got me curious. The top had sliced apples and grapes on it, so the first thing that occurred to me was 'sangria'... not necessarily alcohol-infused, but the fruits fit the bill. I found out that it was actually mango cake! Well, there were two selections: mango chocolate cake, and a mango mousse cake... I decided to go with the latter that was just over $4. Off of one slice of mango mousse cake I'm sold on this place. There is still a lot to explore, but if they are as high quality as this, the community is in for a treat. I definitely have to go back and tell the super kind staff how tasty the cake was! I'm looking forward to trying more of their selections.

Shoutout to our local community heroes here at this venue! This location is perfectly nestled in close to Costco and so many cute little shops and restaurants in the Beltsville area. There's also some Spanish foods available besides all the gorgeous baked masterpieces! We are so addicted to the decadent dark chocolate mousse cake! It is memorable and Life altering! We have ordered for 3 birthdays already! The staff is so friendly! It's easy to order for any special occasion. I also have bought a gallon of milk for my cakes! I love that added convenience. A big parking lot too park in. The pastries include cute little macarons! Decorations are also available like candles :)

Shout out to Community Manager Andrew! I had no idea this bakery was in my backyard. Each slice was light and airy. The flavors were authentically delicious. I ordered the Mango, Tres Leches, and Neapolitan cakes. All of the cakes were decked with fresh fruit and the sweetness was just right. I will definitely return to try the tiramisu and the macaroons. My tastebuds are at peace. Treat yourself!

However, I would say that the music plays from a little Bluetooth on the corner of the restaurant and it's not the greatest quality, would cut in and out, and it was just blaring way too loud, making it hard to have regular conversations. Service wasn't too bad overall. There was only one weight staff who had all the tables in the restaurant which made her spread out pretty thin. But we wouldn't get regular refills or Water and took so long to get water (waiting up to 20 min to try to get her attention) and at the end of our time together she finally gave us a pitcher of Water, but a little late as we're most done. Also, it took a while to get basic things we had ordered coffee but either she forgot to bring us coffee or she didn't ring it in and we weren't able to get it until after our food was delivered. So service, while she was friendly and kind, our service was definitely subpar. Hopefully this wasn't bc she had automatic tip bc our party was so large for her lack of service. 1/5 for service The food was amazing for the most part. I had gotten the salmon BLT and it was moist and tender with good flavor and seasoning, and the bread had a great texture and flavor to it as well. The bacon was nice and smoky and the sauce that was paired with it made it great. The hashbrowns were so crispy and seasoned with great flavor and salt! This was a winner! 4.5/5 Yeah, I got a bunch of other dishes, but I only tried small bites here and there of other people stuff. What I would say, is that the Cajun pasta shrimp was cooked perfectly and was tender and had great flavor! And that sauce was amazing! The sausage I tried wasn't the best but decent! We got biscuits and wings as appetizers, and the wings were great, good flavor, good crunch, and a decent size. However, there needs to be more wings in the order for the price. The hot honey sauce as good! 4/5 The biscuits were pretty moist and had a great texture and consistency, You get two for the order! 4/5 Overall, the food is pretty amazing. However, the service was pretty bad. Maybe this was a one off but just prepared for a long waits for everything from water to getting a drink order.

This Korean-owned small deli is located on the first floor of the 11720 building - it seems as if the loyal customer base includes the employees of the building as well as those who live in the area. Unfortunately, Korean dishes are no longer on the menu, but you can call ahead and make a reservation for a pickup for a special request, such as bibimbop, bulgogi, fried rice, etc. I think it's incredibly generous and thoughtful that the owner would take the time to customize and make special Korean dishes for her customers! The menu offers cold and hot sandwiches, as well as breakfast options. Since we had already eaten lunch earlier, we tried their Steak & Cheese - this was lovingly prepared, filled generously with steak, fried onions, mayo, and provolone cheese - simple, delicious, and tasty! I'd love to try the rest of their hot and cold sandwich menu and hope to be able to try some of the Korean dishes as well on the next visit. The owner is sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and so humble. There are plenty of seats to dine-in, and there were a few patrons who had their orders to go. Restrooms have their own unique code that is required to gain access. Check this place out - they're only opened during the week. You won't regret it! They have daily specials so make sure to ask what the special is for the day. Today's (Monday) special is Bulgogi over white rice with glass noodles and kimchi. The bulgogi had great flavor - tasted and smelled amazing. The glass noodles were perfectly seasoned. The kimchi was on the spicy side but not too spicy - I almost asked for more. I definitely will be back to try other specials.

It seemed like I may have walked in while they were breaking their fast for Eid, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was intruding on a private or family moment. The setting added to that feeling. The location is small and tucked behind a school, almost hidden in a cut of what feels like an abandoned building that's connected to a very old gym. I saw students in uniforms, so the school appears to still be active, and there were boys playing basketball in the gym, which made the whole experience feel even more unexpected. Inside, the decor gives unorganized carryout diner. I stopped in for lunch and ordered burgers and fries. The food itself was good, not AMAZING, but decent. The cashier, cook, the one lady (who wore many hats) running the whole place was very nice and quick with my order. That said, the food they were serving for their Eid meal looked and smelled amazing. It honestly made me want to ask for a to-go-container for that.

They have a sign so you really can't miss it. So if you don't see the sign you didn't drive back far enough. I'm not sure if it's a one man show, but he did that!!! Your food is cook to order and it was not too busy luckily because I had an appointment to head to. It's a small spot, seems attached to a school. Nothing fancy at all definitely give a "hole in the wall" spot, but you know what they say about those spots! Food is good!!! Television was on while you wait and you could sit down if you desire to. I would go back to try something else. I saw the chicken and tenders, and chicken tenders with fries. It looked good I'll say that. Prices are decent too. Quick good lunch and I grabbed 2 cookies. I didn't get a picture but they were chocolate chip and BOMB!!! Freshly baked that's why I got them.

The breakfast and brunch options here have consistently been high quality. The menu feels fresh, creative, and thoughtfully put together, with options like avocado toast, quinoa bowls, fresh juices, and seasonal specials. The lemon blueberry cornbread was delicious, and the restaurant itself is in a nice location, well kept, bright, and pleasant to visit. During one recent visit, there was an unusual service issue at the front. Genevieve stepped in with exactly the kind of professionalism, warmth, and accountability that makes a real difference. She listened carefully, did not minimize the concern, took responsibility on behalf of the restaurant, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. What impressed me most was not just that she addressed the issue, but how elegantly she handled it. Genevieve was calm, gracious, sincere, and clearly committed to making things right. Her response reflected genuine leadership and real care for the customer experience. Mistakes can happen anywhere. Genevieve's response is the reason I left still feeling good about this location, and she deserves real credit.

It was really fresh with basil in it and not too acidic. I would get it again.
