My Toyota Tundra needed a new AC evaporator coil, which is located in the dash. I started the job…read moremyself but soon realized it was too much for me, so I took it to Expert Auto on 37th and Woodlawn in Wichita. I had removed some cosmetic parts from the dash like the glove compartment side panels and kick panels, but I never touched the electrical components. When I brought the truck in, everything was working fine. Expert Auto agreed to finish the job and put everything back together. After spending over $2,300, I picked it up three days later only to find the digital clock and radio didn't work, and the AC wouldn't power on until you drove for about two minutes. When I voiced my concerns, I was told they couldn't confirm everything worked beforehand and that the AC delay was due to the battery being disconnected for several days, insisting the "computer" would catch up and fix itself. Two weeks later, the problem persisted and the AC went out completely. I took it back, and after another inspection, they said they didn't know what was wrong and advised me to take it to a wiring shop. After paying $250 for a wiring diagnosis, I was told the dash needed to be taken apart again--at a cost of over $4,500 with no guarantee of a fix. When I called Expert Auto again, Tim told me there was nothing they could or would do. Now, on a fixed income, I'm left with no AC or heat going into winter, unable to afford repairs, and Expert Auto refuses to make it right. Absolutely horrible service--save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

Had a bad run of luck lately involving the car. Woke up this morning to a flat tire from a cracked…read morerim. No where in town could get me in and I had visited multiple places in town starting at 8am. Every place I stopped at they were able to keep airing up the tire to keep it inflated onto the next. The gentleman working at the Loves truck stop garage told me to try De Leon and so I made my way that way. A gentleman was washing a car outside the store when I arrived and asked how he could help. I explained my situation and he dropped what he was doing to put on my spare. I do not know his name but I am very thankful. I had no money from other recent emergencies and he willingly helped me. Don't know if he will see this review but I wanted to say God bless you. Paid $20 which really was just about all I had left. Thank you.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I visited this location yesterday with every last dollar I…read morehad to purchase two used tires. They found two and one of them ended up popping so they had to find two more the two that they found were bigger tires than my tires. I was assured that it was OK to have bigger tires as long as they were on the same end of the vehicle. The technician told the woman in charge He needed to put the larger tires on the back end and she told him NO she had another customer waiting and to go ahead and put them on the front . Now my car is over steering and the back end is slipping out when I turn corners and feels completely unsafe on the road. I stopped at another tire shop and was told under no circumstances should bigger tires be put on the front end of a vehicle they should always be placed on the rear for stability, control, and most importantly safety just as her technician had tried to do. When I called to speak with her this morning she became very defensive and told me she didn't put them on the rear because I didn't have money to do so and I couldn't afford to do so. If that were the case for safety reason I should have been informed of the dangers of putting larger tires on the front end of the vehicle. I was never even offered to have the tires put on the rear. The technician told her he was going to put them on the rear and she said NO I another customer waiting put them on the front. Now I'm driving what feels to be a 100 percent unsafe vehicle slipping and sliding all over the road at turns god forbid it rains with no money to correct their negligence. I called and tried to talk to the woman she became angry and was yelling at me and hung up on me. Steer clear of this place the most unprofessional business I have experienced in this lifetime not to mention has absolutely no concern for your safety or mine on the road. Stay tuned.
