The cover is scratched, DOESN'T FIT MY CAR, and how Fred didn't even come out of his office to speak with me. When I got my car back & saw the damage BEFORE I left, I was nauseated. I drove off, to mu surprise they took my car vacuumed it, put the passenger rug upside down UNDER the weathertek floor mat. My feet & the mat were slipping around. I had to pull over to figure out what was wrong. When I saw that, my first thiught was how can they do body work if they can't figure out mats? I took the car to the car wash to get the mud off so i could see other damage. After the wash, I vacuumed my vehicle, moved the rest of the weathertek floor mats to see crackers smooshed into the carpet, mud (in the backseat floor rug, under huge weathertek mat, mud on the back of my passenger seat, wrappers from crackers under the passengers front seat. The passenger front weathertek mat was upside down as well. The backs of my backseat was civered in dirt. Pieces of my old front end was still in the cargo area. Everything I had strung out in my vehicle was in the cargo area. The cover to the cargo area was reinstalled upside down and some idiot pulled it, broke it, now it doesnt recoil. My insurance company sent Atlas my poor review and I get not 1, but 2 standard letters from Sergio Linares. First one 12/24/2025, second one dame as the first today 1/2/2026, enclosed. I highly recommend them for their honesty, quality, and fast turnaround. _______________________________ In January 2024, I was T-boned on the highway after another driver hit a patch of ice and spun out while merging, leaving my truck with significant damage. After filing a claim with my insurance, they recommended a few shops, and I chose Atlas Auto Body in Revere based on their great reviews and convenient location. From the moment I reached out, the experience was incredibly smooth. They got my truck (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) in right away and handled everything from the assessment to the insurance paperwork without me needing to lift a finger. During the initial inspection, they were extremely meticulous, pointing out damage I hadn't even noticed to ensure everything would be addressed. Greg was especially communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. The repairs were flawless. My truck looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. They also detailed the interior, which was in rough shape when I brought it in, and I really appreciated that extra effort since it wasn't something they were required to do. While cleaning, they found my lost wallet, which I thought was long gone, proving just how thorough they were. While I can't speak to cost or value since everything was covered by insurance, I was impressed to see that they sourced OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts for the majority of replacements-especially for the body panels, doors, and other visible areas. It gave me confidence that my truck was truly restored to its original state, which hasn't always been my experience at other shops where aftermarket parts can compromise quality or appearance. Atlas took great care of my vehicle, completed the work quickly, and made the entire process stress-free.
