I had a very disappointing experience with Sako Auto Body. After someone hit my parked car outside…read moremy apartment, I took it to them for repairs. From the start, things went wrong. They ordered the wrong wheel, installed it anyway, and returned the car to me claiming the job was complete. Worse still, after taking my car to the dealership for a follow-up inspection, the technician discovered damage to the front axle, hub, and bearing--despite the accident occurring in the rear. Sako Auto Body had completely missed this or refused to address it, leaving me to cover those costly repairs out of pocket. On top of all that, the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) warning light is now permanently on--something that wasn't an issue before the accident or before they worked on the car. Overall, I found their service careless and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them again and can't recommend them to anyone looking for quality and accountability.
