I haven't even been to this shop yet and I already had a bad experience when I called on the phone. The guy that answered my call had a very bad attitude and a very poor customer service skills. He was rushing me and "answered" my questions with a bad attitude and it felt like he didn't want to be bothered. I made a HUGE mistake bringing my car there for front bumper replacenent. When I let my insurance company know how awful my car looked when i got it back after they paid for a new front bumper and cover. The cover is scratched, DOESN'T FIT MY CAR, and how Fred didn't even come out of his office to speak with me. When I got my car back & saw the damage BEFORE I left, I was nauseated. I drove off, to mu surprise they took my car vacuumed it, put the passenger rug upside down UNDER the weathertek floor mat. My feet & the mat were slipping around. I had to pull over to figure out what was wrong. When I saw that, my first thiught was how can they do body work if they can't figure out mats? I took the car to the car wash to get the mud off so i could see other damage. After the wash, I vacuumed my vehicle, moved the rest of the weathertek floor mats to see crackers smooshed into the carpet, mud (in the backseat floor rug, under huge weathertek mat, mud on the back of my passenger seat, wrappers from crackers under the passengers front seat. The passenger front weathertek mat was upside down as well. The backs of my backseat was civered in dirt. Pieces of my old front end was still in the cargo area. Everything I had strung out in my vehicle was in the cargo area. The cover to the cargo area was reinstalled upside down and some idiot pulled it, broke it, now it doesnt recoil. My insurance company sent Atlas my poor review and I get not 1, but 2 standard letters from Sergio Linares. First one 12/24/2025, second one dame as the first today 1/2/2026, enclosed. The team, especially Greg, was incredibly communicative and even detailed the interior. I highly recommend them for their honesty, quality, and fast turnaround. _______________________________ In January 2024, I was T-boned on the highway after another driver hit a patch of ice and spun out while merging, leaving my truck with significant damage. After filing a claim with my insurance, they recommended a few shops, and I chose Atlas Auto Body in Revere based on their great reviews and convenient location. From the moment I reached out, the experience was incredibly smooth. They got my truck (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) in right away and handled everything from the assessment to the insurance paperwork without me needing to lift a finger. During the initial inspection, they were extremely meticulous, pointing out damage I hadn't even noticed to ensure everything would be addressed. Greg was especially communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. The repairs were flawless. My truck looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. They also detailed the interior, which was in rough shape when I brought it in, and I really appreciated that extra effort since it wasn't something they were required to do. While cleaning, they found my lost wallet, which I thought was long gone, proving just how thorough they were. While I can't speak to cost or value since everything was covered by insurance, I was impressed to see that they sourced OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts for the majority of replacements-especially for the body panels, doors, and other visible areas. It gave me confidence that my truck was truly restored to its original state, which hasn't always been my experience at other shops where aftermarket parts can compromise quality or appearance. I took my car to this shop for service, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that my sunglasses and my phone charger, which I had left inside the car, were missing. I understand that forgetting personal items was my responsibility, but a professional business should handle situations like this with honesty and integrity. I was never contacted about the missing items, and when I reported it, I did not receive any help or resolution. The most concerning part is the lack of accountability and customer care. When you leave your car at a repair shop, you expect professionalism, trust, and respect for your property. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place. Atlas Auto Body, Freddy and the request of the staff are great. I had my car fixed early in 2025 and my sensors seemed to be out. They told me to drive over and they'd take a look. As soon as I got there, two men came over tested over and reset my setting which I somehow missed up. They can't seem to help you enough. I'd recommend them to everyone! Legally at fault for an accident but don't have collision insurance because I am young and can't afford it. Just basic coverage because MA is expensive. Called just to ask what the estimate process would be like whether I had to bring the car in or if I could send photos of the damage. Mind you this is my first time doing this, never have been in this process. My 2016 Fit got both passenger doors whacked by an old lady in a Caddy. I tried three body shops that couldn't take me fit weeks and then couldn't get the car back to me for weeks. Horrible customer service. My car got dropped off to be repaired the shop and they have had my car for over a month. At first each time I called I was being told my car would be repaired by the end of that week. A couple of weeks went by so eventually I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me the parts were on back order and that's why it was taking so long. (Who knows if this was the truth or not). However, if that were the case ALL employees should be updated rather than misleading me and giving me false information. Employees repeatedly hung up the phone on me when I started asking questions that they did not know the answer to such as when would my car be ready? I had a rental and the rental was further extended past the month to accommodate them still having my vehicle and eventually I had to return the car. When I spoke with the manager of Atlas he stated "You do not need to keep calling don't you have a rental"! At this time I did not have the rental and further more it does not matter if I have a rental or not I still need my car back. Long story short I am STILL waiting to get my car and still being given the run around. The past 3 days I have called for an update on my car and there has been no progression I am still just receiving the same answers. I definitely would NOT recommend this auto body shop and wish I had brought it somewhere else to be repaired. read more

This auto body is ridiculous. They have had my car for over 7.5 weeks. They keep lying to me changing their story when I call to find out what's going on my with my car. First they said they were waiting on a taillight then the next week they said they got the wrong bumper and it didn't fit, I am out over $700 paying for my rental now. I can't believe Geico would use this company as a trusted repair auto body. Do not use them!!! You will lose 100's of dollars and get lied to when you ask what's going on with your car. read more

Some hippie in a odessey bashed up my bumper on Valentines' Day, giving me the wrong kind of lover tap I was looking for. His insurance recommended Atlas in Revere and I picked it out of sheer desire to not end up at a chop shop the other two looked like. Actually driving to and navigating Atlas Autobody was the most difficult part, I swear, I have actually seen towns smaller than their block of buildings. After the keys were out of my hands, though, it was all easy from there. Integration with the rental company was seamless on either end, and within a week I was with my beloved car again with a new, perfectly matched bumper. read more

To be honest this auto body shop does not deserve the 1 star I'm giving but I received my car back so I guess they did something right!! I wish I had the same experience as the customers below but unfortunately I will never recommend this auto body shop to anyone!! I was in a rear end accident and my insurance company said they were one of the preferred shops to use. After having the car dropped off with a full tank of gas I didn't see my Lexus for a whole MONTH and A HALF!!! I received it back with the gas lite on!! First off where the hell or what the hell were they doing with my car that a WHOLE TANK of gas was used!?? Secondly every time I would call to see when the car would be ready they would never have an estimated date. Now I understand having to fix the trunk and back sensors take time but I don't think it takes 2 months worth of time! Regardless this auto shops communication with a customer was awful!! Also to receive my car with no gas and not even an explanation is crazy to me! Not to mention the GM is sketchy as heck! He would always give me a quick answer to rush me off the phone. The thing that really got me was when THEY called me to say the car was ready and when I went to pick it up they suddenly tell me IT'S NOT!!! Because I thought the car was ready I returned the rental car which then made another huge issue because I didn't have my actual car or the rental!!! Why would they even tell me to come pick it up then!? Anyway all in all this auto body shop is awful and now they are not a preferred auto body shop for Liberty Mutual. Now two weeks later my car is having issues which it never had and they aren't a preferred shop!!! I came to atlas after getting into an accident. I needed my bumper replaced with a few other things as well. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, they really made a frustrating situation that much easier. When I picked up my car it was cleaned inside and out and looked like new! Geico Insurance recommended them and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. I had been rear ended at a stop light, thankfully no one hurt. $5200.00 of damage and it took them less than two weeks to get it back while I was in a rental. Car looked great when I picked it up, all washed up etc which was a nice touch, a day later a friend of mine noticed a few little mistakes, no big deal. When I opened my trunk two days later I find a paint can top dripping over my leather/suede jacket I had in trunk. Jacket ruined, then I tried to get gas and could not open release gas cap door, it was internally taped shut. What bothered me was after all this, easily fixable stuff, and yes I'm pretty heated, I email and call Atlas Auto Body, no response to this day. I go back and forth with Geico, my insurance company, the guy who hits me has Commerce, and they finally give me some field manager who insults me by giving me $150.00 for my troubles because anyone could make up a crazy story like the jacket in his mind. So I take his offer, he wants someone to hand deliver it to me which I inform him $150.00 I am not waiting patiently for. In my mind I'm thinking this guy thinks I'm untruthful about the jacket, so I realized their smooth talking reps from Geico who on one hand are comforting, and then on the other are looking to have you go away. Congrats your goal is accomplished, AtlasI I am still waiting for a call, a simple call and we could of figured something out, even an email. Geico, love your companies passion and follow through attitude, but you screwed up when you questioned my validity with my jacket being ruined. Why would I make this up? The only thing I would suggest if you're going there is: Remove all personal belongings in case your car is a total loss. They will remove it for you, but I wouldn't recommend it. read more

This was hands down the worst experience that I have had with any car related issue EVER! Dripped car on a Wednesday for minor repair on the door from someone backing into me, told the car would be ready on the Friday, two days later. I was supposed to get a call and never did so I tried hounding down my GEICO rep, no answer. He called me back Friday night saying car wouldn't be ready until Monday or Tuesday. I told him that I had a traveling commitment on Tuesday so I had to have the car back by Monday night, or at least super early Tuesday. He said okay. No call Monday, no call Tuesday morning. Finally tracked him down and he said the car wouldn't be ready until Friday. I work all day Friday (restaurant) from open to close so I have no way of picking the car up that day, I've already had to cancel two appointments at this point. So Saturday at nine am I show up to get the car and the credit card machine is down. I'm asked if I have four hundred cash on me for the deductible which of course I don't. I tell them they can take a picture of my card and or copy the number down. No, that's not acceptable to them. I completely flip out at this point, I'm already Kate for work and have to wait for the manager to come down who gets all in my face because I'm pissed off. Now I've been here for an hour and fifteen minutes while they will not let me leave with my car and have my credit card held hostage in their office. This is insane! Avoid this place like the plague. I've dropped GEICO insurance and will NEVER use or recommend this shit garage EVER. Maybe I'll send them a thank you note for making me two hours late for work and for having to miss several appointments. Got into a car accident and my insurance recommended me to go to Atlas for auto repair. My insurance has an affiliation with Atlas and they put me on Express Services. I got my estimate for the repair the same day. I left the car Friday morning (8:30am) and the work was done on Wednesday afternoon. When I went to pick it up, the car looks brand new. The paint job matched perfectly. The service there was awesome, but finding someone to help initially was the hard part. The place even removed all the snow from my car with an air compressor before giving the car to me. This place is about a 5 minute walk from the train. Atlas said they have a building dedicated to painting and another building dedicated to repairs. I would recommend them. read more

0 stars. Zip. Nada. Zilch. (Have to put one because it won't let me post without it.) No communication whatsoever. Preferred shop for my insurance, Liberty Mutual, and very displeased with ALL services performed. I was told my car would be done within 2 weeks, took over a month with continued delays. All exterior parts to be fixed due to burn damage thanks to a car catching on fire after it stalled next to mine; plactic and headliner with minor paint on one side to be completed. Also had 3/4 of a tank of gas and received it back with "57 miles to E" according to my gas gauge. After sitting for 2 months between the date of loss and getting the vehicle back I promptly had to take it to my local Ford dealership to have my brakes fixed, which Atlas said they would do. So go to pick up my car after multiple delays and what do you know, they didn't do the brakes and said they were not experienced enough to perform! Why did they not tell me that any of the previous 10 times I called asking for updates??? Have to have my battery replaced as well due to sitting and not being used. Thanks Atlas! Very unprofessional language used while my girlfriend sat and listened to 3 guys talking about why the city doesn't "open it's legs and let us do what we want since we do it for them." Steve was very rude throughout the process and did not give any information on why there were delays. Parts were not all ordered, then come to find out after having to continue with my insurance company the parts were in, a month after I had picked up my unfinished vehicle, and no one called to let me know. Very poorly run and very upsetting when communication is not there for updates. Would not recommend even if they are a preferred shop for your insurance company. Adrian was the only bright spot, she was cheery and nice whenever I called so she gets 4 stars. read more
