There was a power outage just before we arrived, but after a 20 minute walk around the area, we returned to the restaurant and things were back to normal. The staff were friendly, helpful and upbeat, even with the added stress. We all ordered fish which was delicious, perfectly prepared and presented. I would highly recommend Rotoco and look forward to returning.

The meal consisted of four mini quesadillas that could be eaten like soft tacos. Came with a slightly spicy sauce along chopped lettuce, carrots and onions to add on to the tortillas. I added the pesto as well as the spicy sauce and it was great! Total cost was just $335 pesos--about $17,00US. A cheap, really good dinner. We didn't leave hungry
