When I got home and checked my credit card account, I was surprised to see a charge for $11.30 from Ocean Blue. FRAUD ALERT!!!! I have been dealing with this disgusting company for YEARS now, actual YEARS. I have CANCELLED my fathers membership THREE TIMES now only for REOCCURING MONTHLY CHARGES .... AND , AND!!!! charges for EVERY SINGLE DRIVE THROUGH, read that again, my elderly father has been charged not only for mo that membership of $20 a month but ALSO either $10-$15 PER Wash ONTOP of the mo they fee!!! I have spoken to several managers about this afree the first time we cancelled only to be charged, STILL, so I called yet again and spoke to a female "manager" who was absolutely dismissive and rude and claimed "it's not possible " what I was explaining to her, even though I have PROOF of the charges and cancellation!!!! she offered me nothing but a stupid ocean blue credit in leu of the YEAR of unlawful THEFT. for a few months after that we finally stopped seeing these charges on my elderly fathers account so we though we were finally done with them. until today, I went through my dads bank account as I do to help him sometimes l, and I found HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of reoccurring charges ranging from $10, $15 and $20.52 EVERY, SINGLE, MONTH. I called AGAIN, and spoke to another manager "James" and he said we have absolutely ZERO open accounts and he has no idea how these charges are still happening, but they ARE. he told me all of my dads accounts are closed, but he's been charged multiple times a month, Atleast THREE TIMES A MONTH, for the past YEAR! I'm going to the PV Ocean blue location on Tuesday to speak to James in person and if every single cent is not refunded directly back to my fathers bank account, I'm taking this case directly to small claims court in a HEARTBEAT. Went out to Prescott for a afternoon adventure and my truck got completely mucked up. Stopped here, the prices are fair and the staff were great. Cameron was helpful and friendly, he did a great job. Definitely needs a raise working so hard. I'll be returning next time we have a weekend in Prescott, it's the only time my truck was ACTUALLY "clean" after getting it cleaned. Arrived early. No wait and zipped right through. A very pleasant gent gave me the rundown for the monthly membership option and was quite cordial. The dry off area under shade and 74 degrees outside was superb. The only ding (minor) is that this dry off/ vacuum area is fill of small gravel bits. Gets in the tire treads and on your shoes. Hope someone actually reads this and considers a workaround. Only reason they did not get 5 Stars. My new favorite spot here in PV. read more

Would give 0 starts if possible. First time there I got the $10 dollar wash & the machine took my money. Rather than a refund I got to go out tell the machine with the technician and wait for 20 minutes to get my money back. The wash was piss poor but I was running late at this point so I accept it. My second visit was recent & I opted fire the $20 wash. I've always had a $7 or $10 want to show me places and they've always been fantastic with great employees that are helpful. The $20 wash I got here was abysmal once again. At the end of the dryer shammies weren't even working. I pulled into the bay to vacuum I noticed how wet my car still was. I walked across the parking lot I-16 employs standing around and since no one addressed to me I continued on to the office. Then an employee took notice as I entered the office and came from outside to ask me what I need. I said "a shammy or anything to dry my car and other cleaning items." His reply was "we don't have the vending machines and covid-19 really held us up." Whatever the deal is the employees could be drying the cars and earning tips but they aren't. Our they can let you know before you get a $20 wash that your car will be dirty and it won't be dry but they don't. Wouldn't be hard to sell stuff from inside since they don't have a vending machine either. After talking to friends and other people that have been there over the past couple days everyone's had the same experience. read more

After reading some of these negative reviews let me assure you Ocean Blue does its best to keep Vacuums working. If yours is not working just move to another bay and let the staff know about the non working vacuum. Do you realize how environmentally friendly Ocean Blue is ? Not to mention how can you beat $19.95 for unlimited monthly washes. Also they have a free cat mat washing machine, Air guns to blow out locks etc. and clean towels to wipe down your vehicle. They even give you a free (I tip the attendant $1.00) wipe for your dash and car freshener. How can you complain ? I do not work for Ocean Blue but appreciate their facilities. Maybe hand wash your vehicle a few times and think about how easy it is to do the same thing at Ocean Blue. read more

Even though the frequent car wash club is actually a good deal, this particular location on 2nd Street to me is not the best. It was only built a few years ago, and the equipment was changed about a year later, but watching the equipment during the wash cycle leaves a little to be desired. There are side sprayers that are inoperative every time I've gone through there so the sides don't get sprayed as well as it should. The other Ocean Blue further east on SR 69 does a much better job despite the fact that it is an older location. read more

Watch what you are signing. You may think you are just signing a credit card receipt for that unlimited monthly was but your really signing is a contract for them to charge you monthly. Called and asked to have it cancelled. They reluctantly stated that they can cancel it but it's not their responsibility to explain what you are signing. This is my favorite carwash in Yavapai county. I can wash my car unlimited times for only 15.99 a month. They even included the 2nd month for free! I was able to spend that $15.99 and get about 60 days of unlimited washing..theyre never closed..open from 7am-7pm 7 days a week; they're just spectacular! So far there response is nothing, maybe they think the Tooth Fairy is going to fix it. The cost to replace the Honda Wheel is $465.34. It is too bad for me and anyone else who ever has damage from Ocean Blue Car Wash as they are a very bad Corporate Business, with a very bad attitude. Car wash left a 1 sqft area of dirt at rear bumper. Terrible customer service. After showing this to a young employee with mushroom haircut, (long on top shaved lower part) he say he couldn't allow another pass for free and wasn't concerned that the system could be misaligned or working improperly. He also refused to give his name for my complaint. I asked him to call the manager and he said " I'm not going drag him out for this". He suggested I get a towel and clean it myself. I probably should've walked over and looked for the manager myself but at that point I was just to disappointed by his reaction and most of the time they respond this way cause their boss is just as bad. I'll just send this complaint to their main office. Follow up 2 days later. I went back and management personnel was a lot more helpful. They did give me another car wash, deluxe I believe and was completely cleaned do I don't if $10 car wash issue was fixed. One bad apple shouldn't reflect the business as a whole. I'm a first-time customer. I'm new to the area and I thought I'd try Ocean Blue car wash. I did not want or need any of the extras, so I bought the basic wash. Boy, was I disappointed. There were bugs on the windshield that didn't come off and there were small oily spots on the back and several other places had other dirt. I could smear these spots with my finger. I spoke with the young lady at the office. She said her name was Sasaya? She asked which wash I had purchased and then told me "You get what you pay for." Like buying Rainex and tire black is supposed to give me a better wash? On occasion I have been to a wash and received a less than satisfactory job. This is the first time I have ever been told that I "got what I paid for". They have always rewashed the car. The issue here is one of customer service. When you have a satisfied customer leave, they may or may not tell others about how great your service is. When you have a dissatisfied customer, they will absolutely tell everyone about how badly they were treated. That's me. You see, contrary to what the young lady said, I did NOT get what I paid for. I was a very happy Speed Pass Unlimited wash holder for two years up until an accident causing damage to my vehicle which was not Ocean Blue's fault. Another customer back ended me within the car wash which cost me $250 deductible for $5,700 damage. I requested (3XS) by phone to discontinue my membership. Justice, Julia, and even Kristen K. the Regional Director did not follow through after (5 weeks). The only way I could drop my account was through BofA challenging the unwanted auto debit withdrawal. PS: CarStar Automotive Repair who fixed my vehicle told me they get 2-3 cars monthly with damage due to local car washes. read more

I have a sedan. I was very unhappy that it caused so many scratches to my car paint, windows and plastic around them. The most annoying scratches are those on the hood and trunk. Are those normal? I drove 50 minutes to to gave my car wash as we are camping near Cottonwood and Prescott has the nearest full service car wash. I have a bad back and my husband bad knees and our interior was dirty from a very muddy dog park. Besides their help button not working, I used their credit card machine to tip $10 forhe $45. dollar wash and interior clean. I was charged $35 as a tip, they are working on crediting me. I get back to our RV and begin putting things back in my car and find that I still had mud on my back seat as well as sand on the carpet and what looked to be some torn fabric, paper towel like. I called and other than me driving back there for them to finish the job, they couldn't help me. I said refund me $10 and they said I would again need to drive back. The outside looked nice read more
