First time in because it was recommended by my car guy. I used a credit card that's supposed to start at $4.00. I can usually get my very small car done in about 5 minutes, so was expecting maybe $6 max. The machine is difficult to read to set the wash, but I managed. Plus it has a voice confirmation of what you chose. Pre-wash worked. Spray with soap has ZERO soap, even by the time I went around the whole car. So I tried the brush soap and huge GLOBS of soap came out all over the place. Then it took longer than it should to get rid of all the globs. Rinse eventually worked with that mess. Needless to say, I wasn't willing to try any other setting like wax. Now I get home and check my credit card and they have the nerve to charge $15.00?! No way. (I used the center bay on the left side as you drive in.) I'll be requesting a refund. read more

Soap mode did not work. All we could get was plain water spray. Waste of time as a garden hose would do a better job.

Never again will i go someplace only to be treated like trash. I went to vacuum my car as i do there twice a week every week also i wash my car there once a week, i had my son with me threw a few small pieces of trash away and as i was going to get my money for the vacuum the wind picked up so i went to drop my son off and come back. It was to cold for him. I was screamed at and berated in front of other customers and left in tears. No way i would as a business allow such behavior and expect people to return. read more

Owner doesn't allow bucket washes. If soap is never available in the impossible-to-read kiosk, how am I supposed to wash my car? Are you trying to lose customers? This place is trash, go somewhere else. read more

The older guy here is a jerk. Tried to wash my own car here twice and he didn't hesitate to come over and start mouthing off and expressing how they don't allow hand washes. Don't provide a soap cannon or anything if you're not going to allow us to wash the soap off, I'm not going to drive my car away just coated in soap. Never had an issue with this place APART from the old man. They should replace him, or if he runs the place then he should really retire. read more

I am done with this car wash. I used to go here all the time, however, several visits ago I noticed a change. Very little soap. I noticed that no matter how long I sprayed on the "soap" setting, very little was coming out. I gave this place many chances, but this last one was the last. There was literally NO soap. even when I switched to the "foaming brush", nothing, absolutely nothing. Zero soap, but the brush did manage to smear dirt all over my truck, so that obviously made me very happy. a new car wash is being built on the other side of the highway, and I can't wait. I hope the owner of this auto spa reads this and takes it into consideration. Don't be stingy on the soap! read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. The entry kiosk was difficult to use, but that would be forgivable if the car wash actually worked. The car went in with a small bit of reddish mud and came out with reddish mud spots on the entire car. Don't waste your time or your money. read more

We went into the self-service stall the other day for the first time... after I was done, I left wet, sweaty, and with a still mostly dirty car... so not exactly a shining experience we're looking to repeat again anytime soon. Nowhere does it clearly say how many minutes you are purchasing when you pull up - all you see is the sales interface (takes card, quarters, or certain denomination bills) touting "$2.00". The very second that the last quarter entered the slot, our time began... and it was only a measly 4 minutes! How can you rinse, scrub, and rinse an entire vehicle in 4 minutes single-handedly? The answer is.... you can't. They purposely leave off any indication of how little time your money is buying so that you'll have to re-up and insert more. After you've gone through all this trouble, and burned a few calories running around frantically, you might as well have gone through the automatic wash and saved all the trouble! Five Stars for 3 simple reasons: CLEAN, accepts cards in the wash stalls (not sure about the vacuum stations), and has a spray gun that dispenses the foam soap (never seen that before!) read more

The car wash in Prescott valley says veteran owned and operated, but my brother is friends with the owners kids and has told me that his family has never been in the service. Now I don't know if anyone cares about the title of being a veteran, but I am one, and my family is full of them. I know a lot of people who know the hard work that veterans had have to go through to get that title of veteran. That is a title that is earned, not just something we just come up with. So I don't know if people care but I will never go there again because of false valor. read more

So .... Never thought I'd write a review here much less on a car wash BUT, This experience warranted such action. I could write a novel on this TERRIBLE facility/experience but, after all it is only a car wash. Instead I will only say VERY BAD experience ... paid too much received VERY little... OWNER on site at the time was VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL ... RUDE ... and did NOT CARE about DOING THE RIGHT thing, much less taking simple care of his customers. A company has to be pretty bad for me to rate so I'd avoid this place if I were you. If you expect your car to come out clean you're going to have to pay at least $12. The $8 car wash will not remove any bugs on your windshield no matter how small they are. Not worth $3 read more

Most of the lazy millennials didn't show up until 10 after nine and if they moved any slower, they would be moving backwards. Meanwhile, there were 10 cars and trucks waiting out in the street whom were being ignored. I lost my patience watching these snails move and left my first in line position to find a more professional place to do business, and took my five dollar tip with me. I hate doing business with amateurs. The older Mexican man is the only member of that crew I would keep. Granted, it's not the most glamorous job, but it's a job. read more
