I headed to my favorite seafood market to get me a fried fish and some fried shrimp. The perfect combination. This place never disappoints the fish is always well seasoned and well cooked. I usually get 1 pound of shrimp with head on but today they didn't have it so I went with the headless shrimp. For 2 fried tilapia and 1 pound of shrimp the check came out too $24. Small side table on the left with the plethora of freezers and fridges is where you will need to go. There is signage of the floor that marks for social distancing, woot woot! When I asked the worker why I was being charged full price when the price on the display said it was on sale for $11.99, she replied that it was for tomorrow (Friday). She pulled out a sheet and showed me that it was indeed for Friday, but I don't get how an establishment can falsely advertise its deals and hit you with the "bait n switch" at the end without any sort of effort to correct the mistake. I don't mind paying regular price. However, I do have an issue when a price is clearly being listed on your items and then charging another price at checkout. This experience started off well, but ended off on a sour note. Enough to make me not want to come back and explore other options in the area.
