This restaurant will NOT disappoint! If you are a fan of Jamaican/Caribbean food you will enjoy any meal you choose to order. While this location is currently in a mall they would absolutely thrive even more as a full blown stand alone restaurant. I ordered the rasta pasta with jerk salmon, SPICY (as expected), and flavorful. Also, while the prices are somewhat high I believe they give you your money's worth for sure. All of the fam enjoyed their meals too, I wish I had more pictures to share but I've already personally ordered food from here twice and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I give them 4 stars because I haven't had the pleasure of truly experiencing their service in person myself but I hope to update with that experience one day as well. I was truly shocked by how good the food was since it's located inside of the mall. I ordered brown stew chicken and curry chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. The meal was a bit pricey but the serving size was good. I ate some while there but saved the rest for later. Customer service was good and the order was ready within 15 minutes. I also wanted to try the coco bread and beef patty but I'll save that for next time. Since it's inside of the food court, there's plenty of parking available so that's definitely a win. read more

This company has a pattern of poor customer service incidents that occurred today. On three separate occasions, different members of my family attempted to place a carry-out order by phone. During each attempt, the staff member who answered abruptly terminated the calls when we began to place our order. This behavior affected our party of seven customers and falls significantly below expected service standards. They are located inside of the mall which isn't the best location, but isn't too terrible to get to right in the food court. We both looooooveeed the curry shrimp entree from here and she usually really does typically HATE curry flavoring, but Ocean Blui's happens to be pretty mild and unique.... Like no other curry shrimp I've ever had and in a really delicious way... The other food was edible, the rice and peas was mushy and clumped together, the chickpeas and plantains were mushy. Brown stew chicken is good. Rice and peas is sometimes overcooked and sometimes undercooked. Plantain are good. But the customer service is awful. If you inconvenience them in the slightest way, their attitude turns instantly sour. The cashier misunderstood me and that caused the woman preparing my order to have to restart it. All it took was a quick scoop out and container change. But the way she became rude, you would've thought I made her redo a 10 plate order.
