After loading…read morethe money, I learned that customers cannot start a wash after 10 p.m. I later noticed that a sign concerning the cutoff time was posted on the machine, but the money had already been loaded onto the card. Since I could no longer use the laundry service that evening, I immediately requested the return of my unused money. The employee clearly refused to refund either the card balance or the card deposit. This is the same problem described by other customers. Customers must place money onto a store specific card, and any unused amount is then trapped as store credit. For someone visiting for a single load or an emergency laundry run, the customer must either return and spend more money here or lose access to the remaining balance. The owner's public response to another review is misleading and directly conflicts with the policy posted inside the store. The owner claimed that the $1 deposit is fully refundable after the laundry card is registered. However, the posted policy states otherwise. The employee's refusal was consistent with the posted policy and contrary to the owner's public statement. This policy also appears to conflict with California Civil Code section 1749.5(b)(2) effective April 1st 2026, which requires a qualifying reloadable certificate with a cash value of less than $15 to be redeemable in cash. This business uses a stored value card that can be used only at this business, yet its posted policy claims that laundry cards can never be redeemed for cash. Customers who encounter the same issue can file complaints with the California Attorney General's Office, the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, or the consumer protection division of the local District Attorney's Office. I will retain the card, payment records, photographs of the posted policy, and the details of the employee's refusal for those complaints. A business should not trap a customer's money on a store card while publishing contradictory statements about refunds.

The only problem, hence the 4 stars is the new owner removed the snack and drink machines so you have to bring it with you or buy it from the local business--expensive by comparison. I have heard that this owner plans to bring these machines back. It would be nice.

They have a change machine, and I used $1.50 to completely dry all my clothes. The space is a bit tight, but I was able to fold my clothes. For reference, I went on a Friday afternoon at around 4:30PM. There were maybe one or two other folks who stopped by, but it seemed like a lot of the machines were in use due to people dropping off laundry. No issues or problems during this visit. Will definitely return should our dryer not get fixed by the time I run out of underwear.

They have tons of machines and people working to keep the area and machines clean. Even on their special days; Wednesday and Thursday. It's not too crazy busy and people are respectful and socially distance. I love the countless laundry especially for the single load. The only downside is that you can't reload your card with credit/debit. It's cash only.. and the lady at the desk refuse to reload it with card.. Other than that; great laundromat.

They're old school (even better!) - Plenty of seating - located in a large shopping center - Competitively priced wash/dry fees There's even a little shop area that's sells snacks and laundry supplies (bags, soap, fabric softener, etc.) 5 stars all the way!

The attendant, who was standing nearby, told me that shoes were not allowed in the dryer because it was against policy. When I first arrived, I took time to look around and read most of the posted signs, so I asked him where this policy was listed. He looked around and said he didn't know, but that it was still policy. I explained that I was almost done and didn't want to take home a pair of wet shoes. He told me I could continue drying only if I removed the shoes. Feeling disappointed, I politely asked for a refund. As I gathered my clothes, he stood next to me with his arms crossed, which made me feel uncomfortable -- almost as if he were waiting to escort me out. I asked him if he intended to stand there until I left because it felt intimidating. He responded that he was just doing his job and needed to grab the trash bin on the other side of me, though he could have easily gone around. Another customer nearby mentioned she was also unhappy with how the pricing was structured. At first glance, each machine advertises the lowest price, but once you begin selecting options like water temperature and cycle type (delicate, normal, etc.), the price increases. I found that misleading, though I admit it has been a while since I last visited a laundromat. Overall, the experience ended very poorly, and I will not be returning to this location. I also noticed that several dryers were out of service, which I later saw mentioned in other reviews as well

I needed to wash my comforter and the washers at my complex were too small so I had to come here. They are a little cheaper than Wash & Go a few blocks down, for 4 loads is around $4, their washers are pretty clean and new. But you still have to pay with quarters for the machines unlike Wash and Go where you can buy a reloadable card to use. They do have a machine to exchange for quarter inside in case you don't have them. They do have dispenser for your detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets if you need them. The dryer machine costs .25 for 8 mins, which is pretty good price, way cheaper than the one at my apartment complex where they charge $2.25 for 45 mins, here only costs $1.50!! The only problem I have with this place is it smells!! They should probably install some air freshener thru out the place or something. Other than that, this is my goto laundry mat whenever I need to do my loads.

They accept a few ways to pay, either by card or use your Apple Pay. You can also get a pre paid card to use as well if you don't have your credit/debit card. The ONLY thing I don't like about this place is their price. It's a little pricey than the one I have at my apartment complex. Especially their dryer. $0.25 for ONLY 4 mins!!!! Remember back in the days when we used to get at least 15 mins of drying for only a quarter??? But I totally get it, with the new machines and everything they have to make profit somehow. For 2 loads they charge $3.75, my complex only charge $2.75 and $2.50 for 45 mins of drying. Here for 45 mins, you will need to pay at least $3. So if you don't mind paying a little more doing your laundry, this place is for you. They have donut shop and grocery store and Mexican restaurant around here so you can do your shopping while waiting for your clothes.
