We had the banquet and it was superb. Great care was paid to even the slightest items, the papadams were light and not oily, the rice fluffy & moist, the naans delicious. Entree was tandoori chicken, lamb cutlets and steamed fish. The cutlets were probably the stand out but it was a close call. They were cooked in a fresh yoghurt sauce with spice and melted in the mouth. Main was a selection of 4 curries. Not a morsel was left. I cannot tell you what was best as they were all incredible. Dessert was a selection of Indian ice cream. This is the best Indian I have had and I have had Indian all around the world.
