He told me things about my eyes no other doctors in the last 30 years of living in this area have diagnosed. I've been coming here for years, and the friendliness and professionalism I get from the brothers is such a contrast to the rudeness and unprofessionalism I receive from the front desk. The women behind the desk talk about the patients after they leave, either thinking they aren't being overheard or not caring. The African American receptionist interacts with different ethnicity with honey on her tongue, and with rude indifference to her own. It took everything in me to remain calm because sadly this is something I've seen far too often within our own culture. I felt pity for her because it was apparent that she lacked self love. I find it hard to believe that after so many years of rude behavior that It hadn't been brought to the attention of her employers. It might be time to change eye doctors because that kind of behavior shouldn't be acceptable in a professional environment. read more

I had the worse experience ever here!. I took my grandmother about 4 days ago to get her eyes checked, I went in and gave the receptionist her insurance she has Medicare and a supplement insurance ( horizon ). So I gave them ther Medicare card and for the horizon insurance I only had a paper they gave me to show that she has insurance. Well apparently they don't accept a paper from the insurance it had to be a card. I've never had a problem with the paper they gave me mind you with that paper that shows prof of insurance I've made apt with cardiologist and others. I've never had an issue ever but apparently is a new rule that they do not accept a slip of paper for the mean time until I get her card. Is ridiculous my grandma is 81 years old and she couldn't be attended because of a piece of paper from horizon didn't get accepted because it wasn't a card. read more

Whomever answers their phone needs to realize that I can get care anywhere I choose and I don't have to accept whatever appointment they offer. Very unaccommodating, she acted as if I had to accept the appointment offered. Not going to this place. read more

They have the WORST receptionist i have ever encountered!!! Upon arriving for my appointment i stood at the counter without so much as a hello from the five people standing and sitting there. I waited a little more than five minutes when I MYSELF realized that there was a sign in sheet amongst the many clipboards layed across the counter. I signed my name and still no "Good Morning", " Hi how are you?"...... Nothing!!!!! I decided right then and there this is not the place for me. I will never step foot in that place again thanks to the "warm" receptionists (i use that loosely) it was just more important to hold a personal conversation amongst them about another patients impending retirement. And i will not recommend this place either!!!!! read more

The atmosphere is very relaxing, the office staff is great and Dr. Scott is very patient and takes the time to review all results.

These guys are the best eye doctors in the county. The office people are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in everything g insurance. You can usually get an appointment in a couple of days, and they have a great assortment of glass frames to choose from. I highly recommend the Fuerman brothers to anyone! read more
