Very convenient drop off and pick up, however SO SO expensive. A few cents short of $49 for 3…read moreshirts to be dry cleaned. There was no estimate or quote to be found online or in person, so I figured I'd try. But almost $50 for 3 shirts, it's a no from me. $17 each for 2 of them and 15 for the other. Ridiculous. Still marks on one shirt that wasn't as bad before I dropped off.

After not having a reason to get professional cleaning done for the last few years, I went back to…read moreAnton's expecting the same level of service and quality and value. Sadly, I was disappointed on all three counts. Service: I had not realized things had gone automated. The individual interaction is sorely missed. And even more so, now with this automated system cash is no longer an acceptable form of payment. There is no opportunity to communicate specifics about an article of clothing, which is impacting my next point. Quality: I dropped off a skirt that had no stains only to receive it back with a note saying, "we could not remove the stain". Excuse me, but there was no stain until it was in the possession of Anton's. Upon careful examination of the article of clothing the only thing that I could see that could be interpreted as a stain is an area where the fabric dye was now missing after their cleaning process. In fact, the overall color was much duller than when I had dropped it off. So much for the quality I had expected. I would have much rather received a call saying they did not know how to launder the item than get it back in lesser condition. Value: In a time when budgets are tight due to expected inflation one must consider where to spend and where to save. The cost for one skirt came to just over $17. That seems quite expensive for just one item. In fact, in many cases I could just buy a new piece of clothing. Basically. if you do not catch a coupon or limited time deal it is a huge waste of money to get something back that isn't even as good as it looked when you dropped it off. Final verdict: I will not be returning. I will either look elsewhere or take my chances with gently washing items at home. Certainly, I couldn't fade the fabric any worse.

After years of having so many shirts come back looking old, and collars weird after only one…read morecleaning, I STILL go here a bit! Yeah, I know, glutton for punishment. LOVE convenience, even at the expense of bad service at times. So close to my house. They've always been VERY nice to me when I bring up the collar issue, but it just happened AGAIN. Brand new shirt, laundered ONCE. Got it back and the collar looks far older than it should. Has that strange shine from being pressed with something TOO HOT. Showed the woman working there (again, very nice). She noticed as well, and confirmed it was pressed too hot. Said in the future they will do everything by hand instead of by machine. Think it's two or three extra dollars. I imagine there's gotta be another place that can do standard dry cleaning on this type of typical shirt, not have to pay extra, and not get back a shirt that automatically looks aged. Unfortunately now I have my favorite brand new shirt that looks older than it should. Like my other shirts I've brought there. Shame. ps. Awesome customer service tip would be to make up for the damage by offering some type of free cleaning, or better yet, reimburse for the shirt.

The quality of the All-Green-cleaning is superb - I have brought in two old, mildewed family heirlooms and they came back in terrific shape. Their seamstress did a perfect small but difficult repair job on an expensive knit sweater (Christmas present) that was very reasonably priced. I am exceptionally pleased.
