If you live in the area, what choice do you have in terms of malls? This, Freehold, Monmouth?--if you want to travel that far, and usually, I do not! While the selection leaves something to be desired, they've really stepped up their offerings, with Coach, Aldo and Forever 21...which seems to have been staples elsewhere for quite some time. The mall is usually my choice when I want to get some basic shopping done during off hours, like the middle of the day when I have time off to avoid the crazy crowds that can often just slow down the entire process. You can easily find holidays gifts, things you need for the house (though Bed, Bath and Beyond might be more efficient) and just about everything you need in terms of clothing, shoes or accessories. It's a little dated still, in terms of design and structure, but this is Ocean County, so I am pretty sure no one cares. read more

I was patiently on my phone sitting on the couch wearing my normal attire some camo pants, and had maybe a dress shirt on, some big fat waddling security officer comes waddling by and tells me to leave, i curse him off call him volgur names and go along my normal business, this guy thinks hes super rent "a" pig watch out if your down on luck and relax at a shopping mall for few hours....remember rent a pig i will never forget you read more

I love Ocean County Mall. This mall has everything you could ever need as far as big named stores, it also has a few small store, and kiosks. Very cool store, love the place, the products the whole concept and the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable about this company. However, the atmosphere was fantastic and I always find everything I need. read more

Its not a bad place nor very exciting, every time o go into this place to buy clothes none of the stores even have my size! i'm a medium. and most sizes when i go are all larges or x-larges, they have to rethink their ordering process because most people are mediums, and not x-larges, ill stick with the freehold mall. read more

Came here for my little getaway and wanted to quickly stop by the mall and get myself a new swimwear and all receptions and information couldn't give me the correct info!!!! Are you hanging out at the mall or what? It is kinda your job guys! Please educate your employees !!! read more

This mall has pretty much all that I need. It does have bath and body works which is my favorite store. I do wish they would improve on their food court though. They used to have more variety before COVID, now there's not so much. read more

Clean, well stocked and no pressure sales. I made a couple of purchases and was pleased with my selection. Worth the visit.
