Parking is right next to the shop, you enter and grab a ticket and wait to get your number called. The entire staff is great and helpful, the store itself is always clean and organized. The pokes are a must try and their sushi grade sashimi is the best! They also have a side restaurant where you can order and dine in.

The salmon was buttery and melt-in-your-mouth good, the dynamite tuna brought just the right amount of spice and flavor, and the scallops were incredibly fresh, sweet, creamy, and tender. It's hard to pick a favorite when they're all this good! To balance out all the fresh seafood, we also ordered the fried onion rings and fried zucchini. Both came out perfectly golden and crispy, adding that satisfying crunch to the meal. What really stood out was that even after being fried, you could still taste the natural sweetness of the onions and zucchini. They weren't greasy at all--just light, crisp, and dangerously easy to keep snacking on. Between the quality of the seafood and the delicious sides, it's easy to see why Fish King has such a loyal following. Whether you're stopping by for poke, fresh fish, or just craving some seriously good seafood, this spot is always worth the trip. I'll definitely be back for more!

I got there with my mother and was greeted by a very lovely gentleman named Clark. He told us we could sit wherever so we seated ourselves in the outside area. He came over right away with the menus and asked if we had been there before to which we responded had not. He went over the menu with us and answered any questions we had regarding the menu. He was very sociable and friendly. We chatted with him and put in an order for the Kiwi Chowder. I ordered a Modelo and my mother ordered a glass of orange blend wine. He came over with the drinks a while later and the Kiwi chowder and have us plenty of time to sit and enjoy the dish before we ordered our main courses. The kiwi chowder was delicious and came with little crackers. The clams and mussels were so tasty and the Ora King Salmon was a nice treat. After a while he came back and served me the Fisherman's Mixed Basket and my mother got the Fish tacos with fish of the day for them being Sword Fish. The fisherman's basket was amazing and paired perfectly with my beer. I had never had clams, mussels, snapper, and oysters all together and they were so good I wish I could have them more frequently. The place was very cute and sat quietly with good music playing. Not current music but music that really fit the place and set the vibe. I will be coming back here and if you ever go, there is no bad choice for the fish, the service is stupendous and I haven't gotten anything like it in forever, and if you meet Clark enjoy a friendly conversation with him.

Unfortunately, the food isn't anything special. Decent portion sizes, but that doesn't matter much when nothing is very tasty. Place isn't exactly cheap either, for $26 I don't expect the battered to be soft and falling off the fish. The fish taco was huge, but dripping with liquid. Really wanted this place to work out, staff are friendly, but the food was a huge letdown.

There are great little shops out on the surrounding streets too. It is clean and safe. Squid fry-guy has his cart set-up right near the entrance! Love the energy and the ambiance. Great for a second date or for young to teens- they will love it! Also good for taking out of town visitors. Plenty of food options- street or sit-down, snack to full meal. Similar to other Asian market set ups you'll be able to pick up hot food and other items like sashimi as well as other Japanese snacks and goodies. I also happened to pick up some good protein shakes on sale there as well as noted some other staples that I would find in big chain supermarkets. I found the aisles to be well stocked. Prices everywhere are going up so I wouldn't say this is the cheapest place to shop but for what you get it's not bad, and if you are looking to get a variety of what you need for Asian cooking this is a good spot for it. Service was quick and friendly at the register as this no frills and casual market. There is a parking garage behind the grocery as part of the mall but it can get crowded on weekends so if you're lucky you can find street parking but watch for street signs and some areas and streets are not in the best neighborhoods adjacent so be wary of your surroundings.

I know there's parking in the front but it's limited since it's only street parking but if you drive into the small alleyway into the back, you will be able to find a few more parking spots there. Everyone was super nice. One of the employee employees from the back explained why they didn't have Dungeness crab and he was super sweet about it. And then the cashier in the front was very helpful with the recommendations. Instead, I got 2 pounds of crawfish in one of their sauces. Dude, they're crawfish are so fresh and fat. I appreciated that I was able to pick my own. Everything turned out amazing. I will definitely be back.

There's limited parking in the back of the building and only big enough for smaller compact cars. They have several buckets of fish sitting on ice chips, lining the middle of the store. A couple live tanks against the wall. Decent variety. When I was choosing my fish from their ice buckets, I thought they looked a little extra slimy but against my better judgment just gave it a shot anyway. Took my catfish to the kitchen to request it be fried. Within a couple hours of eating, I got the worst food poisoning I've had in a very long time. This was such a disappointing experience and now I'm sick as a dog. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
