My fiancé fell down the stairs and twisted her ankle really bad. Nine days have passed, she can't walk on it at all, she has been in excruciating pain and after two ER visits they finally admitted her to help manage the pain. The hospital for whatever reason wouldn't do the MRI , so before being admitted the day of, her podiatrist was able to get one approved at this location. The doctor requested the results STAT. We are now on day three waiting for the results. The hospital needs the results to determine next steps. We were assured an on- call radiologist would read the test and send the results over and it never happened. The hospital ordered another MRI because of this but the insurance company denied it because one was already approved. Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn't care about the circumstances because it's all about money to them, just like Health Village Imaging! This is absolutely ridiculous and infuriating. We keep calling calling and calling only to be dismissed. Nobody cares!!!

Arrived for scheduled appt, they sent me away saying mammo machine down and they would call me as soon as possible since I lost time from work. Never heard back. Then they cancelled my sister's appt the day before it was due. Then I called to arrange new appt and when I called to confirm same (they usually do that) and was told that appt had been cancelled as well. Finally, in the middle of August I was able to get mammo. I received report that I needed follow up diagnostics and when I called for an appt they said they had no dates available. What? Then I got EOB from my insurance and learned Shore Imaging is not in network. Unbelievable. Until this year have never had any issues with this facility. Now will never go back. Minus 000 rating.
