Walked in for an x-ray, during walk in hours and was told the wait would be approx half an hour. After waiting for well over an hour, I approached the desk to see how much longer I would be waiting. I was not given a clear answer, but the two receptionists were talking amongst themselves regarding my inquiry. I waited another 10 minutes and was taken back. Needless to say it is now over 24 hrs since my appointment and I still do not have my results. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not ever recommend this facility to anyone. read more

One star because you can't leave zero. Some of the front desk persons in the Neptune location are super rude and downright nasty. The office experience is a huge zero. One person was nice enough to try and help. Not worth the aggravation of dealing with uncaring individuals. read more

Don't go university radiology. It is not professional place except make your money. they gave u wrong information and mislead patients. All reports I did within a month had wrong information. The report for ultrasound saying no comparison even I did more than 10 times at same body part at university radiology. CTA report even gave me the total wrong information. they need to compare with previous CT If they say it is totally clear. This mislead me too. read more

2 stars here. one star for being open and one star for location inside was a horror. The Lobby is setup so everyone is looking at the door and the staff. Mint sea foam green upholstery and a freight train car of people waiting for their appointments. Fact was I was late. I tried the super friendly smooze..and got met with the sure let me look at the screen for a few minutes while we awkwardly wait out my sentence. She delayed it. That is lame right? anyway, I waited making my awkward smooze more regretful. I began smiling with euphoria realizing the set up. Boom "hows 3 weeks? " now I totally blow it again realizing the lobby is full and my 7 minute violation shot clock has become 12_ I state " are you telling me these people have only been here 7 - 12 minutes? " I look back at my people, i am the entertainer. full lobby of helpless victims afraid to support me. Realizing my shame i split but man that place is the worst. After I was called back for my appointment, Nello began talking-I stopped him and said this is my first ever MRI. He immediately stopped in his steps and turned to face me to explain the entire process of the scan. My 9-year-old daughter was at the center today for an MRI. Her TECH was Nello. All I can say is WOW, he was amazing. His beside manner was outstanding. He checked on my daughter often, and he made her feel comfortable, explained the process to her (compared it like an amusement park ride). He truly was outstanding. read more

I underwent an abdominal MRI today and was so anxious because I'm claustrophobic, not to mention an abnormal CT scan is the diagnosis. All stressful causes. My tech was Nello and he was amazing, he made me feel so comfortable and calmed all my fears. The test was really manageable thanks to his solicitous manner. The timing was perfect with no wait. While the people working at the office are professional and seem to know what they're doing, scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. You call their central scheduling number and wait about an 45 min-1 hour (literally) for someone to pick up while listening to the most irritating music. Then once someone picks up the call, it's obvious they are working from home with kids screaming in the background. The person on both occasions was barely trained and couldn't find the referral sent over by the doctor. You get off the phone over an hour later wondering if you even have an appointment booked correctly. Very frustrating. And yes, they have online scheduling but good luck trying to use it. I can't pull up the referral there either. read more

HORRIFIC!! I was there about 3+ hours to do a basic, but very important 10 minute or so scan. Dr. Zawodniak first came in to - what seemed like to "refute" the need for the scan (uh, if my Breast Surgeon deemed it necessary enough to order, why give me hard time??) After I explained the year long history in some detail, he seemed to "relent" just a bit, and "allowed" me to have. Gee, thanks, Dr. Z. Scan is done and he comes out to speak to me after reading. (Don't even get me started about the tech who 1) broke HIPPA rules and 2) seemed to be very much "out of it" -- like seemed to be on some strong meds (not saying if illegal or legal -- I don't know and don't know if she was on anything or just plain "ditzy") - I can only hope she did a legit scan. I will NOT put her name here. (I hope she at least appreciates that). At the time, I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED a radiologist coming to speak to me after the scan - I didn't request it. He tells me in no uncertain language that my scan is "clean" and shows NOTHING - no abnormalities - no cysts. THEN I share with him the report from the prior scan I had (he had the disc that he supposedly viewed - but not the report) and lo and behold, he does a 360 degree turn and writes a comment to the extent that "the mass seen on prior scan remains unchanged" -- HOWEVER, HE TOLD ME VERBALLY HE SAW NO SUCH MASS. SO WHICH IS IT, DR. Z? I WENT BACK PHYSICALLY TO THE OFFICE AND STAFF SAID HE WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME THEN SO I CALLED AND I FAXED. AND I CALLED MORE PEOPLE. AND NO ANSWERS. CYA MUCH? (that's cover your a--) And btw, Dr. Z if you're reading this since you haven't replied to calls or faxes, WHICH BREAST SUPPOSEDLY HAD THIS "MASS"? Radiology 101 says to write whether it's the right body part or the left one you are referring to. How is any other dr. now or in the future supposed to know which breast you are referring to? Shoddy, possibly inaccurate report, no owning up to one's lies or mistakes, and why given a patient a verbal report - then an opposite written one, and not have the humanity to simply explain WHY the change? That's all I sought with my many calls and visit to your office. Oh, btw, THEY BREAK HIPPA LAWS - YES, I CAN PROVE!!! I CAN ABSOLUTELY PROVE 100%. So, if there's any attorneys out there who wants to take on an open/shut HIPPA case, feel free to private message me. Unbelievable. We are talking possible Breast Cancer here - how can someone be so irresponsible, uncaring, unresponsive, and non-communicative? How can someone be so inept and remain in such an important field? No doubt this office and Dr. knows exactly who is writing this review which is why I am writing on an account separate from my usual.
