My daughter came here to get her nails done for prom. Originally they made some mistakes. My daughter was afraid to speak up at the time. She's not one to complain. I called back to let them know about the mistake, and they handled it perfectly. They asked for photos of what was requested and what was received. They called me back immediately after receiving photos and asked for her to come back the following day to get it fixed. The nails came out perfectly. She was more than satisfied and thankful. Three people helped fix the nails and she said that when they were doing the designs all the technicians were watching . Went in for a basic pedicure and was charged $68. I was asked what scent for the salts I wanted and before I knew it this lady was doing a whole not to my feet. I kept telling her no thank you, but she kept saying "ok, ok". The pedi was not even close to good. She burned my leg twice with hot water amd the stones. The results of the nail polish done was something a rookie would do, sloppy and uneven. My nails weren't cut as requested, very frustrating having to repeat "shorter please." Do not recommend this business, they don't listen or care about what a customer requests. Invest your time and money somewhere else. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but this was such an amazing experience I had to. I got a gel pedi and a full acrylic set. This was my first time ever having my fingers done professionally so I was a little nervous. David was my tech for my toes and he did an awesome job. Hanah was my tech for my fingers and when I tell you she was one of the most kind, patient, and friendly people I've ever had service me, I mean it. She took her time, constantly checked if I was ok with her work, and overall greatly contributed to my first time experience. I will definitely keep coming back to this salon! Ive been here a total of 3 times. First time I got a pink & white fill in. $35 without tip. 3rd visit, I needed the same thing. $50 without tip. 2 of my nails are sideways. I checked the website, no fill in was $50. I called and was argued with about not getting the same service. When they use the exact same products and techniques they used for $35, were used for $50. Doesn't make any sense. After a week, the clear has started to peel. Also my natural nails are growing OVER the fake nails. The first time I came was a Mother's Day treat to myself. It was also a few days before a trip to Disney so I really wanted to get pampered like the queen I know I am. I had the organic detox volcano pedicure with the tropical citrus scent with regular polish and sns on my natural nails. The pedicure was EVERYTHING. The tropical citrus was so pleasant to smell, and I'd recommend that. I felt taken care of and not rushed. I got a nice and gentle sugar scrub, a hot stone massage, and the best foot massage I've ever had. I felt like a queen and that no matter how many steps I'd take at Disney, it wouldn't even matter. I wish I had the techs name, I'd ask for him every single time. It's not much help, but he's one of the taller techs, and if I ever go back I'll ask for it. The sns was done by another employee while I was getting the pedicure and it was just okay. It didn't cover the entire nail on the sides though. Fast forward to a few weeks later, my daughters birthday is coming up, what better way than to celebrate with mommy daughter mani/pedis? I figured that since they have the princess chairs we'd be golden. Not the case. The pedicure tech was nice, but the pedicure itself wasn't anything like the last time. I got the same kind as the first with a honey pearl scent, but the sugar scrub hurt, the stone massage wasn't as hot or as long, and the foot massage felt like a beating. The sns was done at a regular station but it felt incredibly rushed. Instead of taking his time, he'd dip 2-3 fingers at a time and they don't look as good as they could have had he slowed down. Overall, I don't think I'll be back. It says "appointments only", but they took just about every walk in, and in doing so, gave me mediocre nails. Now to see if they'll chip and what not. read more

I went back to get it fix not only did they charge me but keep me there for over 40 minutes because they could find the right color! They still painted my nail wrong! First off let me start by saying that this nail salon is beautiful! It's by far one of the nicest in the area. I'm giving them three out of five stars for several reasons... I chose this location because it was new, had decent reviews on Yelp & Facebook and they offering 20% off services for first time customers when you checked in using Yelp. I was extremely disappointed and pissed when I checked out because I was told that the 20% off was no longer available even though it was still showing up on Yelp. I would have thought that he would have honored it since it was still showing in the app or would have at offered some kind of discount due to the extremely long wait time, which brings me to my second issue. The wait time was ridiculous! I was seated in a pedicure chair about five minutes after I arrived BUT I waited about 30-45 minutes with my feet in the water before anyone did anything...the water literally got cold while I was waiting. I assume that they were extremely busy but it would have been nice to be advised that it would be while. And I ended up doing the $27 pedicure...it was decent nothing to really write home about though. I noticed while I waiting in the pedicure chair that several people had beverages and I had even read reviews where people stated they were offered drinks upon arrival. However for whatever reason I was not. I wasn't offered anything until he was almost done with my sns nail application...nearly an hour and half after I arrived. Finally I think that some of their services are a bit pricey. Granted they do offer some reasonably priced ones but I feel like you're paying more for the ambiance. Like I stated I got $27 pedicure which isn't too bad but it was really basic. On a more positive note... The staff is pretty friendly. I was greeted as soon as walked in. I was then asked to pick a color and directed to have a seat. My only issue was that this was first time at this salon and I had no idea that I was being instructed to sit in the pedicure chair...not a big issue though. Like I stated earlier this place is beautiful! It's extremely clean and neat. They use liners in the pedicure tubs and disposable nail tools...which is great. I didn't get a manicure so I'm not 100% sure if they use disposable tools. They have a very extensive service menu. They offer a variety of pedicures, natural nail options and nail enhancement options too. There are tons of polishes to choose from. They offer regular polish, gel polish and sns powder. Overall I'm satisfied with the final product but I'm not 100% sure that I'll return. read more

Went in today to get a mani/pedi. The techs didn't seem happy to be there. The tech doing my pedicure was extremely rough and cut my skin on my toe. After I left, I noticed the polish was rubbed off or clumped up on several of my toes. I got gel on my nails and got home to notice under the light that my right hand has bubbles all over it. Looks horrible and sloppy. I'm guessing the polish was old. What a waste of $110. read more

I went in today after a hard day at work to get a mani/pedi. I decided to also get a gel manicure. I've been a customer here for the past 2 years and had the worst experience ever. I felt like I was part of an assembly line to get me in, rush through the services and get me out. After spending $70, I felt like I was cheated and received abbreviated services (1 hour). It was obvious that both nail technicians were ready to go home for the day. They didn't even bother to remove my toe spacers or put on my thong sandals when I was leaving the nail salon. I come here to get my lashes done. The pricing is comparable to my previous shop BUT the quality is better. This shop actually cleans my lashes before every install AND every refill. I just recently moved to Evans and received a gift certificate to this nail salon/spa in the mail (along with other gift certificates). Overall, my experience was exceptional. I went in for a fill-in and pedicure. I brought my six year old to get a mani-pedi. Her service was excellent. My fill-in was done by a man named Cris. He did very well. He was thorough and neat. Now my pedicure on the other hand was the worst experience I've ever had. It was done by a skinny lady whose name is Pheiung (I think? She wrote it illegibly on the receipt). She was rushing. She was rough with clipping my cuticles and scrubbing my dead skin. She even scrubbed the TOP of my foot with the pumice stone, removing some of my skin! And didn't even apologize!!! I told the manager on my way out... she said she'd call her and ask why she did that. Didn't offer a discount or anything smh. read more

We went to see about getting them fixed but was told the nail tech confirmed length. They wouldn't resolve without charging for a new set. On Friday, October 1, 2021 I decided to invite a close friend to enjoy a pedicure at Ocean Nails & Spa, Evans, GA. I had gone in the past with another friend and had an amazing experience. On this day the experience was less than amazing. My friend Nicole and I were sat next to each other to share a friend day. From the moment we sat down we were handed the spa menu and we were encouraged to pick higher services. We chose the $38 pedicure and from that moment it seemed like we were no longer valued customers. Every aspect was rushed and at one point the technician servicing Nicole came out with a "cheese grater" to do her heals. She immediately said no but we noticed it didn't even come in a wrapped sanitary dressing rather the technician grabbed it from the back. I watched as Nicole looked uncomfortable during her pedicure. During mine, I felt that my toe was cut but didn't think much about it. Polish was put on and we barely had time to sit and talk to let it dry and we were ushered to a different room. I noticed the bar and remembered on my last visit I was offered a beverage. This visit wasn't even mentioned. Both Nicole and I left a $6 tip in spite of our dissatisfaction and paid at the door. We barely had time to look at our feet. When I got home I noticed my nails barely dried and the polish was already off one toe, wasn't even fully applied to another, but when I saw the actual cut marks on my big toe and the fact the nail was cut crooked that really upset me. My friend's toe is swollen and infected. We concluded because we did not pick the higher add on services we were no longer valued and the goal was to get us out of there as quick as possible. This pedicure was the most expensive basic pedicure I have ever received with substandard care. So, went in today with Nicole who was being given a $38 gift card for her toe, but the owner Tracy said she didn't see my review, which I showed where it was sent. She said she could paint my one toe. I mentioned the technician cut my toe and she said "that is normal". Then she went on to tell us since we did not pick a higher service like $90 that we should not have expected the best experience. I repeated back to her what she said and she once again said yes. She said again could not give me a refund or gift card because never saw my survey even as I am standing there with pictures etc. It is very clear if you are not going to spend big bucks, you will not get star service. I did go one time before where I paid much higher and the service was awesome so she definitely confirmed you are cheap if you will only pay $38. In fact, other salons do pedicures starting at $25. I recently moved to the area and make it a point to try out the nearest nail places. Ocean's did not disappoint and, in fact, surpassed my expectations. The locale is brand new and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly nice, greeting me and offering me a drink as soon as I walked in. It's one of the best places in town, clean and plenty of stations and pedicure chairs. I went in for a gel fill in and manicure and noticed they had different colors than the ones I've exhausted across town. I was so please I asked for a pedicure and I'm so glad I did. They have several options for pedicures. I chose one with a paragon treatment and it was soooo nice! Will definitely be going back again. read more

I am very particular. I asked for IBD and lo and behold they have IBD. I wasn't coerced into SNS as had been my experience with many nail shops since I relocated from up North. I wish they carried Perfect Match brand gel polish, but I was satisfied with the DC brand. The technician Paul did very well. I have to say first time not getting annoyed when getting my nails done in the CSRA. I intend to return again. Hope I continue to receive the same level of service. Job well done!! read more

I had services on February 22 2021 and paid for those services, I woke up today to find a new charge to my account. I called the salon and spoke with manager. I'm usually pleased and typically only come in for my nails but decided to go with an organic pedicure. The process was great and products were amazing but the whole process was rushed. I got ZERO time to soak my feet, he just jumped right in to work so I never got any time to enjoy the jacuzzi portion. I've never had this experience before. My nails came out great and I'd planned to use a nice perk I received in an email for my birthday 8/16/21 for 15% what I didn't know is you only get four days to use it. I don't know if it's just me or what but I actually work full time and have a college student who moved into school on my birthday so I thought Friday 8/19/21 would be a great day to use it. I was unpleasantly surprised at the register when I was told I was a day late and nothing could be done to honor it. The best she could say was if I do this for you I have to honor them for everyone? Really? I highly doubt that extending a coupon one day is going to hurt you or anyone else. In fact, maybe think about offering the coupon to last a whole week for the employed folks. terrible if i could gice zero stars i would. i would not recommend going here. it was not not very busy and a mani pedi took 2 hrs 40 min. the women who took my gel polish off my toes used a regular emory board and kept hurting me. the basic pedi was very poor compared to other nail salons in the area. barley any massage at all. the manicurest was awful. traculy. i get sns. she put the acetone on to remove and i waited whatever. then she would file get up run around come back dip once leave she barley sat down for more than a few minutes with me. i felt like i was an inconvience to her day. she kepy filing the sides of my nails alot like way more than necessary. she also kept using the nail grinder tool and hitting my cuticles telling me to stay still as if i was moving. she obviously didnt care about me or anything. she seemes very rushed.
