Went last Saturday, it was my first time at this nail salon. My friend and I stopped at Hello poke first then came and got pedicures! It was delightful! I truly was such an experience. Very happy with my mani-pedi, gel color only. The gentleman who did my pedi was very kind. And didn't cut my nails into the nail bed. He made sure to layer my colors well enough so that the lighter one stood out well. I appreciated the leg and foot massage. I know those are part of the service but he made sure to stretch out my muscle while he was massaging. The woman who did my mani was wonderful! She made sure my nails were filed evenly and that there weren't any filings clinging to the nails. She made sure to check each one and I appreciated her attention. The facility was quiet. No music or TV which I didn't mind. It was clean. Easy to check in and even got seated immediately which was great for a Thursday afternoon. read more

The reason we left was because two girls walk in and are given a bowl to start soaking their nails. Then the older man took another woman to start her nails behind us. Two stars for the cute atmosphere and pedi chairs. I've never had such a rushed pedicure. The man that did my pedicure barely spoke a word to me which was fine but he almost seemed annoyed. I opted to get regular polish and was told to sit under the dryer for 10 minutes, which I knew wasn't enough time to dry the nail polish 30 minutes later, the polish was still sticky and upon inspection, it was uneven on the sides and bumpy on the top. I'm guessing it was just applied to thick and didn't want to dry very well. I asked for help after being ignored for 30 minutes at the dryer and he touched it up a bit, but it still was bumpy. Great experience every time I go! I never ask for anyone in particular and everyone I've had does a great job.

I went to this place to get my nails done for graduation and they looked ok but not great, but I decided to go back and get my acrylics filled in instead of sns. I showed the guy a picture and asked him how much and he gave me a price ($30) and said he could do it. 30 minutes in, after he had started the fill in I asked him about the design and he said he couldn't do it, after he had said that he could. Tried to bring me some american flag stickers that he had and I kindly told him that wasn't what we had talked about. He brings another guy over, and we had a conversation about colors and such and he didn't do anything close to what I asked. 1 hour and $60 later. YES $60. I left very upset. I went in there to get a full set and got short gel natural colored nails and they over charged me. She made me pay $5 extra for the length when you don't pay extra for short. There is no "length" in short nails! They even made the nail on my thumb crooked. Overall the nails are pretty but they charged me $55 for these, when they usually cost me $45. This is one of the many nail salons in grovetown and I must say it is the lowest in the totem pole. They're expensive and not even remotely close to worth the money. My pedicure involved water and toe nail clippers. That's it. No scrub, no soap of any kind no callus softener, no nothing but still costs the same amount as every other salon that actually offers a full pedicure service. My toes nails didn't even have a base coat before the polish. Just overall really disappointed. My SNS manicure was a little better but my nails aren't even smooth, they feel like a fish's back. I visited a few weeks ago and got a pedicure done by an older man and he did a decent job. I normally get my nails done at tl nails on Washington road but since this is close to my house I was pretty excited to not have to drive 25-30 mins anymore. I initially went in today just to have my sns powder removed but I saw I colored I like and decided to get a fresh set. What a mistake that was. The man who did it seems to have missed the class about filing and buffing nails. When he attempted to put on my top coat I had to tell him no and to fix my nails. They were thick and and uneven. I told him I wanted my nails square. He even filed a few of my nails to make it look crooked. Then he got an attitude because I told him how i wanted my nails done. Fortunately he was able to buffer them done after the second try however he missed straightening them completely. I ended up just leaving without saying another word as I knew I would never return. This is my favorite nail salon in Augusta. They are pretty consistent in their services and their prices are fair. My favorite nail artists are Kandi and Natalie. They have a superb attention to detail and will do your hands justice. Really nice decor here. Grand reopening sign tells me the the decor is new and they pulled out all the stops. I stopped here for a quick eye brow arch. The tech was nice and suggestive. They are durable and not overly thick like most places I have explored in Grovetown. Never once have I had a nail break. Never once have I been nicked. I went here because I live in Grovetown, and there isn't many options available nearby. I went in April 2021, but I'm just now posting the reviews for my checkins. They take walk-ins, however, there is a wait time (depends on availability). I paid 95 dollars for both a manicure and pedicure. Neither were a gel coat, just normal polish. If you choose not to get gel polish, you get asked over and over again and they seem bothered if you don't want it. On top of that, the guy who was doing my nails was constantly going to other customers and leaving me there. At the end of the service, he literally just walked off and never came back to me. I must admit, the pedicure turned out great! However, the manicure didn't even last to me getting in my car to go home. I understand that nail shops like these, they are going to be busier and thus you can't expect to get one-on-one exclusive service. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone, I've had much better experiences elsewhere. If anything, I would recommend a smaller business, like Nail Behavior. read more

Pretty interior decor and very calming. It's extremely easy to make an appointment and usually get seated as soon as I check in. I've had a few different nail techs, but Tyler has been the best one I've had so far during my visits. He's fast and efficient and always does a good job. SNS is my go to style for every single visit I've made, but am considering trying their pedicures as well since I've heard good things. The biggest issue I seem to have is that one of my nails always cracks within a day or two of going to get them done and I honestly can't tell if it is their products or my nails that are the issue. It can get expensive to go back days after an appointment just to have to get all of them redone when only one or two are the issue, so I'm not sure how to figure this issue out. So far it has been one of the better nail salons that I've been to in Augusta so they will continue to get business from me! read more
