Not thinking correctly or paying attention, I left my shopping cart with my pocketbook in it unattended and took some- elses cart. When I realized what had happened I panicked and a clerk in the toy dept. noticed me. A younger woman named SANDRA came to my rescue. She had found my cart and turned my pocketbook in at the front desk. I immediately thanked her and tried and tried to compensate her. Being the very honest person she is , she refused to accept anything. She stated she would just want someone to return hers if it happened to her. Your company should be so proud to employ such an honest, caring person. I will never forget Sandra and the great personalitiy she displayed that day.

I refuse to shop here. I needed a mattress. Went to Big Lots, purchased the mattress, and made…read morearrangements to pick up the mattress the following day. I watched the sales associate place orange tags on the mattress stating it had been purchased AND paid for in full. I returned the next morning to load up the mattress and the sales associate from the day before went to retrieve it. He comes back distressed and informs me that the night associate had sold the matress!! Crazy. Likely not even legal as I had paid in full for it. But, not the end of the world. I ask to switch it out with a different mattress or some similar compromise. The manager would barely speak to me. Simply stated that had no other mattresses in that price and he could do nothing for me but return my money. The sales associate I dealt with was great. I feel bad he works for an awful company. But the manager I dealt with was awful and the night sales associate needed to go!

I've only lived here for a little over a year. I don't recall there being a Hobby Lobby in Idaho…read morewhere I lived for many years. The prices are Awesome...I've always found that those working there to be helpful and courteous. However sometimes it seems that they are under staffed (which could be the result of someone calling in sick or being a little late) and I have had to ring the bell and wait at the fabric counter for about 10 minutes. But they are the best place to find lots of Great prices for a variety of items.

They offer an immense selection of closeout & overstock products from housewares, home goods, cooking items, holiday decor, gift sets, hardware, electronics, batteries, apparel, books, games, toys, grocery products, snacks, rugs, mattresses, automotive supplies, and more. The prices here a deeply discounted for the most part. I've picked up batteries, a few books, kids toys, and cheap pasta here. This store seems to be smaller than other Ollie's I've been to in NY and PA. The selection of product changes often. As a bargain hunter, you'll never know what you'll actually find here until you see it in person.

Ive shopped here a few times during the pandemic and each trip I've found the store to be completely COVID compliant. It's a large store with everything kind of spread out and at times I've found some really great items. Depending on the day or week certain color tickets go on sale. . Today the 50% off tickets were : white and blue. Green tickets : , .99 Everything is hung up and catagorized. But you do have to look through long racks - sometimes loaded with overpriced items and it takes time. If you have the patience and can deal with the fact that it's an older store, the long racks with some of the stock stained/ripped etc it can be a good place to shop for vintage, modern & anything in between. You never know what you will find! I'll also add that each time I've been here the staff are always pleasant and helpful !
