We couldn't find anything at Sam's Fifth Avenue, but we found two purses that we liked here for a really good price. The employee was nice and helped us try out some that we liked. They had good brands such as Guess, MK, and Tory Burch. Later after we left with our bags, we realized that they forgot to take one of the security tags off. I came back just expecting them to take it off, but the employee gave us 10% back which was a nice surprise.

As I was making a transaction, the cashier charged me twice for the same item. While I had…read moreinitially suspected this, I waited to check my receipt rather than making someone embarrassed at the outset, preemptively. Lo and behold, I was indeed charged twice for the same item. This could easily be fixed by reading someone their order or having a monitor that shows what has been rung up. Do I receive an apology? Any acknowledgment, even in the slightest? A consolation gift? None. Instead another person tended to my "return" and the previous cashier avoided eye contact with me and spoke only with her. But it gets even better. When you open a loyalty account and spend $100 on your first transaction, you're entitled to 5000 points, or a $25 gift card return. However, because of the subsequent transaction in which I "returned" my duplicate item, the system auto corrected itself and deducted points and valuation based on a percentile of what it think I got for the transaction, as if it were a regular sale. With a $148 purchase, at one point per dollar, I was supposed to finish my initial transaction with 148 points after 5,000 points have been added to my account and automatically deducted for a conversion into a $25 gift card. Seems simple enough. Lo and behold, because $30.58 was subsequently deducted from my ledger, the system did not know how to process the reversal and accordingly, rather than simply taking off 30 points, took off a proportion of 30.58/147.79, in arriving at 20.69%. Accordingly, my gift card was retroactively reduced by 20% and my points were reduced to one. I proceeded to call the loyalty line several times. Every time, I have to wait seemingly forever. The staff have no idea what to do and often have connection and clarity issues. Additionally, the level of security I have been hassled for is just ridiculous when accounting for the fact that it is a store loyalty account. In any case, even though Bloomingdale's is in the wrong at numerous levels, I have to submit a ticket which I have to wait upon for "approval" as if they are doing me a favor. And it gets better: I was provided an ETA for when the ticket would be completed by. It was supposed to be 5 business days. I just called in, upon the seventh day, and no action has been taken yet. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

The selection is unique and I believe that it's fate if you happen to find something that resonates with you. The staff here (now) have been courteous and honestly very helpful - so I've been splurging a lot more than usual. When a store offers amazing customer service, and great deals, I can definitely see the boost in sales - at least out of my wallet at least lol. You're probably wondering why a guy who lives in the east side of Nashua would come all the way…read morehere for a Hannaford. Only one reason: water. Okay, hear me out for a second. But we recently made the transition from small water bottles (I know, I know) to the 5 gallon refillable jugs. So far as I know, this is one of the only Hannafords close to me that offers a *mostly* straightforward machine that dispenses water in minutes AND....accepts all forms of payment, to include NFC. The reason I say "mostly straightforward" is because if this is your very first time using the water dispensary, payment can be a bit confusing. I must've spent 10 minutes trying to understand how to get the thing to accept payment. As I understand it, you apparently have to scan your phone for NFC payments TWICE. Once to get the machine to ask you to make a selection (pointless), and again to...ya know...actually pay for the water. Could've just kept it basic to the latter, but...whatevs. Btw, the other thing I should mention is that this is totally worth the drive, considering you only pay around two and a half dollars for every 5 gallons as of the time I'm writing this review. Other than that, probably my least favorite thing about this Hannaford is the parking lot and the way its entrances and exits are arranged. Not only is it co-located with a McDonald's (haven't seen this before), but the parking entrance is almost half a block away from the store. In other words, if you had to make a left turn onto Derry road, you'd have to use the exit with the traffic lights for a protected left. Also, having a drive thru right next to your grocery store is pretty cumbersome, but...maybe that's just me. It's your typical Hannaford, only with a really neat and convenient water dispensary located just inside the front entrance to your immediate right. I think every grocery store should have one of these, but I ain't the mayor of Nashua. Hannaford gets 4 conveniently placed water dispensaries out of 5.

Apparently no one's bothered to fix the signs over the two counters. This was my second time attempting to pick up the same order. I cannot for the life of me get a successful pickup order from Target. Is it a defective online account? Is it this store? Not sure. Multiple emails saying my purchase is ready for pickup, and the store can't locate it. I gave them my drivers license, to ensure they spelled my name right, still nothing. And, for some reason, they think I'm going to come back a third time and bring in my laptop for them to scan a barcode for the order. They've some underlying long unresolved bad assumption or glitch in their ordering system.

We went to many of the stores and we saw one we liked at the Michael Kors store. We were working with a sales person "Thuy". She was very very helpful. She held a long coat we were interested in and we ended up going back to look at the coast again. Thuy greeted us again and my girlfriend tried on the coat again a medium in Black, but thought it was a little big for her. There were no other small coats left in Black. Thuy suggested she try on a small in white for the size. It fit much better and Thuy offered .to call around to other stores to see if they had one in black, very thoughtful. We decided the white coat actually looked good and we decided to buy that one. Thuy said she had one in the back that was still wrapped in plastic and offered that to us. We did get the brand new one same price from the back. We received great service and were very pleased. In the future we will always try Michael Kors first! Thuy.... Thanks again :)
