I have brought a variety of items (clothing, shoes, purses, & jewelry) and they have been wonderful to work with. I drive from Providence to this shop because I think they are easier to work with than the shops in PVD that are expecting all designer brands. You, like most consignment stores, have the option to donate unsold items or come back to pick them up yourself. You have the option to spend dollars earned (like merchandise credit) or be paid by check. New consigners should make an appointment. If bringing in 15+ items, they do ask that you schedule an appointment too. This store has every day-type items with a mix of designer items too. This is a fairly well organized Dollar Tree. I have started seeing many items that are NOT $1.25…read morearound the store. The most likely reason is because now Dollar Tree and Family Dollar are back to being separate companies, so many of the Family Dollar inventory that probably was in the Dollar Tree warehouses must now be sold through the Dollar Tree stores. Still, the signage is good, so you know what costs what. And there are price scanners in some of the aisles for a quick price check. During checkout there was a long line of about 10 people waiting to be processed by one cashier...after a few minutes, a second register opened to help with the jam.

People in general should highly consider this approach, moving forward. Reason said: The store and or, place of business should be rated on appearance, safety, customer service, reasonable access, pricing and customer needs. If there are comments of need of improving, etc., let's see how we can resolve in a positive good way, considering we all go through something. But, let's be sensitive when we are communicating with customers and also, customers should consider same reflection back. If not, let's work on seeking help to resolve matter, not just complain about it. All that to say...I was immediately approached by a worker who responded to me in a negatively way, before listening to total reason why I was back in the store. But, I responded back in a positive way. Clearly something is going on with the employee that responded negatively. The concern is, that, some time ago, I have experienced a negative approach from the employee. In general, I can find anything I need over here, as long as you stay within the realms of western cooking. So, what that entails I can pork loins for a roast. I can find brisket, I can find chuck, I can find...................really thin cuts of ribeye. Like...really really thin. Like, so thin that I could probably cook it medium rare by waving it above my computer case once or twice. Ok, sorry, I digress. If you want to make a ragu sauce, you can find everything that you need here. An alfredo sauce? Yup, that too. Beef stew? Go for it! It also has all the chicken and spices you'd need to make a fried chicken. It does have an international section, but it's..............not impressive. I mean, sure, there's some items, but you can't make a proper anything, tbh. Miso soup? We got half of what you need! Ramen? Uhhh, we got instant. Also have Ramune and Calpis for the weebs. That said, they do have panko if you want to make a katsu. They do have a pretty good produce section. Like, decent selection of fruits that are in season. Plenty of bell peppers, red, orange, yellow, and green. I can usually get jalapenos and habaneros here, although if you're looking for other types of chili peppers, it can be hit or miss. And the habaneros are sometimes still green. No real produce for Asian cooking here (except for shiitake mushrooms), so you won't find anything like burdock root or daikon...maybe bok choy or kabocha every so often. The spice section is pretty nice. Good, wide selection. Most of them are in pretty small containers, though. So if you need anything other than pre-ground cassia (I refuse to call that stuff cinnamon) in a large quantities, you might be out of luck. But...because the spices are in small containers, it's great for sampling. Most of the time when I come here, I like to grab a spice I haven't used before, haven't used in a long time, or haven't learned how to use properly.
