The woman at check-in said they were closed, though the website and the signs on the door said open until 8. She said they closed at 7. When I said that was still 20 minutes away, she said the staff leave at 7. They literally turned away a 7 year old who was crying and bleeding. This woman and the rest of the staff are terrible people.

At my next appointment she declared that she thought it would be easier for me to find a new doctor that took my insurance. I have been trying to do that for over a month and I have not been successful. My medications are running low and I'm trying to ration them the best that I can. I called her over the weekend because I'm feeling very sick from the withdrawal. Her office returned my phone call this morning and said that she already told me that she would not see me as a patient again. Withdrawing from any medication can be very dangerous and I feel as though it inhumane, irresponsible, and unethical for her to not at least help me to come up with a plan to do so in a healthy way.

Not only was I never once sent for bloodwork, I also had reported to Melanie during a visit that I was experiencing some twitching, to which she said "I've never heard of that happening with this drug"! Turns out, I was developing Tardive Dyskinesia and would not find out or cease the medication for another year and a half+ after doing research of my own once it became unbearable. TD is a serious, sometimes permanent, (and VERY WELL KNOWN) side effect of Seroquel and is life altering. I have now been off this med for 3 years and still experience some symptoms. I was short of breath from the coughing and had constant nasal drip. The PA said it was an acute upper respiratory infection. I asked for something stronger than over the counter cough medication and she prescribed the pearl drops which I told her do not seem to work for me. She said then I could just continue with the over the counter cough medications that I am taking. I did go ahead and take the prescription for the pearl drops. i asked if there was something else that she could give me and she said it would have to run its course. My husband was there with me because he has been sick with the same symptom. When she saw him she gave him an antibiotic and the pearl drops for his cough. I am not at all happy that I was not given an antibiotic as well. Hopefully he will be well soon but I am afraid I will be fighting g this for a while longer! I will not go back to this place! I had a wrist ganglion that had progressed for fifteen years without it bothering me, except that…read moreit looked ugly. It was the size of half a golf ball, and eventually started to ache. When it became very hard and painful, I gradually pressed an extremely sharp double edged tapered knife, that had been sterilized with a flame, directly into the outer edge of the lump in a location to the left of my artery and nerve. There was instant relief after the semi-hard contents of the ganglion flowed from the half-inch slit. I sprayed the incision site with alcohol, and closd the wound with an adhesive gel pad. The wound seemed to be healing nicely for five days, but then sepsis set in and Dr. Christian was the available ER specialist to surgically repair the entire wound site. He did a wonderful job, and as the swelling continues to recede, the infection has not returned. Feeling continues to return to the parts of my hand that are no longer swollen. My only mistake was in not trying to find Dr. Christian prior to doing my own surgery, which in two other instances worked out perfectly fine.
