She didn't question my use of Rx drugs or diagnoses, instead she listened attentively and asked me about recent bloodwork. She created a treatment plan with multiple exercises, sitting posture improvement, vibration therapy, activator adjustment instrument, massage and hot/cold gel. Under my Kaiser insurance I had two free acupuncture appointments a month, so I decided to try it. After just 2 visits, I finally started to feel less pain in my lower back and neck. Dr. Chang really is thorough and kind, she wrote down all my complaints, and checked in with my pain level at every visit. She made me feel like I deserved to be healthy. Dr. Chang really paid attention to my mobility issues (I am only 32) and was able to request more visits based on the severity of my condition. I have been going to acupuncture about once a week and it has reduced my average pain level from a 7/10 to a 3/10.
