Love coming to this office. Dr. Pham is so nice and kind. She is very gentle when performing work and so caring. Dr. Cantrell is also a great dentist and is super caring and nice. The entire staff here are great. My husband is sensitive and hates going to the dentist and we have been to several. They take great care of us here. Caroline is amazing with cleaning our teeth too. Love the staff here as they work hard to ensure you are comfortable and try to work around your schedule to get you scheduled for your appointment. Appointment fits my busy schedule and they are professional at Huntington Beach. But I can't say the same for the Fountain Valley team. They never called back about my implant or followed up with me, which made me feel like I wasn't valued as a patient. Just didn't feel cared for there. After having had an especially traumatic experience with another dentist in the past, it took so much of me to make the decision to give this place a shot. As soon as I laid down in the chair, I broke into tears. I let Bruce know what had happened, my apprehension, why I was crying and asked to please be patient with me. He was so very patient with me and not only that, he took the time and made sure to talk me through each and every step, asked and genuinely responded to my feedback with each question he asked me to make the process more transparent and not another traumatic experience. Bruce demonstrated kindness, amicability, patience, professionalism, care, and altruism that was genuine and from a good place.
