The total came to $410 (before taxes and shop fees), far less than what the other place was asking for. When I called to confront them about the inflated price, they didn't even care to explain -- they just said, "Take the job elsewhere if you don't like the price." It's clear this place is trying to rip people off, especially women, with inflated repair costs. I would never recommend them to anyone. Be cautious and do your research before trusting this place -- they'll try to scam you.

He said he had it in stock, I asked if I need an appointment, he said come on in and we'll get right to work ‍ I have never been to Auto shop that takes as much pride and effort into their profession! When I pulled in, their packing lot is clean, no clutter. Easy to find parking. Before I even walked in I was greeted. As I walked in, there was another gentlemen at the counter, I explained I called in about my tire (less than 8 minutes) and Like a Kane and Undertaker Tag Team match, The mechanic walked in and told me to drive right on up when the next car comes out. Which turned out to be Mr. Brent the same gentleman who talked to me on the phone! Who was also the gentleman who greeted me outside as I walked in! I'm a sucker for customer service and that right there tells me that someone is paying attention. A lady from the back even came up to ask if I was already helped. THEY ARE ON POINT do you hear me! My silly self was so caught up in giving a beginning review that I missed my turn (don't miss your turn people!!!) That's how fast and efficient they are getting things work done!!!
