I originally came in during May to begin the process, and it took until July 6 for the necessary materials to arrive. After waiting that long, my appointment was then canceled twice, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I planned my schedule around these appointments, and having them repeatedly canceled showed a lack of respect for my time. After the delays and scheduling issues, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I was ready to move forward with treatment, but the lack of communication and reliability made me feel like I had no other choice. I hope this location improves its scheduling process and communication so future patients do not have the same experience.

Funny how when I needed a lot of very expensive work they were able to schedule me for the next day but for a simple 5 minute job, the wait is a week. He actually had hired Trish, an excellent hygienist who had worked at one of my previous dentists, who had retired. I thought one of that dentist's tricks on one tooth could work again on two adjacent teeth. It was experimental, but Dr. Maxwell thought of a way to proceed that would not cost that much, but test the idea. He did it differently (by accident!), but it worked and I still have that bridge six or seven years later! Great staff, friendly wife who works the front desk sometimes. His skills are exceptional, for example, the little strips of paper he uses, he often only needs one, one time or two, and gets the right fit. Of all my dentists throughout life, he is surely the best by skill, knowledge, and personality!

I was called in within 5-10 minutes of getting there ( I was a little early), from panoramic x-ray to digital x-rays, to dental exam and then periodontal exam I was never alone in the room because they were performing a very thorough and comprehensive exam. It was the best exam I have had for the least amount of money. If I were to pay the price of the discount plan for just the exam, it would be well worth it. They were very fast and friendly about emailing me my xrays too. I have a friend who is a dentist and he said his fees are much higher than the estimates I got for the extensive work they say I need done. I am in considerable pain and I need to get something done. I don't have dental insurance, so it's a big investment and I am getting a second opinion on what needs to be done. Overall - I highly recommend and intend to do at least the deep cleaning.
