The sales rep who gave us his pitch promised a "laser-level lawn." By the next spring one corner of the patio is sagging, and the lawn is nearly as rough as it had been, and it's been getting rougher over the years since his crew performed the work. When I complained to Sammy about the lawn mower bumpety-bump-bumping along, his answer was to keep mowing the lawn and let grass clippings decompose to fill in the low spots.

Well I never received a call back from this person. Customer service is a big zero Bella. Looking back I'm so glad I didn't hire Bella. I've seen their work and I'm not impressed. It looks like they fail in doing the trimming when they are mowing. They seem to be rushing to get the mowing done quickly so they can get to the next job or break. Regarding snow removal if you aren't in a rush to have your snow cleared in a timely manner then Bella might be the right one for you.

The nursery has a large wholesale base and is huge. Lots of nursery landscapers were working the greenhouses and tree lots. The tree farm is all around. At the counter Josh had the paperwork. A forklift put the tree in the bed of my pick up. Josh secured it with the bungee cords I brought, and gave me paper instructions on watering and staking the tree. The 45-minute drive was worth it.
