I contacted Jose (the owner) to dispose of some damaged furniture. The apt I lived in had a rodent infestation that management did not deal with. My movers left a lot of boxes and paper behind and there were also a lot of damaged items to be disposed of. I ended up having them do a clean out as well. They did a fantastic job. I was at work and not able to be there. With the permission of the manager they went in and did the job and sent me photos. I told them they did "too good" of a job.
