There was a very small restroom, sink (Outside the restroom? Weird.), and a gas station next door with food/drinks available. (There's a vending machine at the laundromat, with just chips in it, too. I guess chocolate would melt in this machine since it's slightly warm in here.) The bad? Not too much. I went for a laundry bag in this machine on the wall, and the female employee had an attitude, saying there weren't bags in there. Excuse me lady, calm down. Say it nicely. Don't be a jerk. Relax. Geez. There was also an old, rickety man following her around (Does he work there?) who was saying lots of un-PC stuff, like I guess some old guys do. ‍ Trying, repeatedly, to remind her of some "skinny girl with big eyes". The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

The…read morelaundry room in my home was being remodeled which made it necessary to use this public laundry. The facility was very expensive to clean and dry laundry. It was also dirty even though an employee was there working. The worse part is that they allowed patrons to sit on the folding tables where people fold their clean clothes. When I mentioned to the laundry employee blew me off with that's just what they do. I went next door to get coffee. after I explained my distress with the situation, the lady in the coffee shop was nice and gave me a few Clorox wipes and gloves to clean a folding table before use. I returned to the laundry and the laundry employee met me at the door to try to explain that they the owners are contemplating putting up signs to deter the sitting on the folding table behavior but the patrons don't speak English. She recommended I clean the folding table before use (because she saw the Clorox wipes container in my hands). BTW the table I cleaned was dirty. If I had to use public laundry again I would try somewhere else. This place is not recommended.

Overall, we didn't feel it was a bad deal. Our clothes were folded neatly and tightly--and they smelled great. The reason for 4 stars is that the wait for the laundry to be returned (pickup in Thursday and dropoff on Monday) was a bit slower than desired. I'd love to see that sped up a bit.
