This service was very convenient and reliable at a time when we were very much in need after our washer completely broke down. We had a pile of laundry, and I found it delightful that The Laundry Service does have a pickup and delivery service. It's super easy to place an order on the webpage, and there is tight coordination around their text messaging and pickup/dropoff of clothes. It's important to note that this service is a bit expensive. Prices start at $50, and that's the minimum. We spent about $65 for sheets, a few towels and a load of laundry. Overall, we didn't feel it was a bad deal. Our clothes were folded neatly and tightly--and they smelled great. The reason for 4 stars is that the wait for the laundry to be returned (pickup in Thursday and dropoff on Monday) was a bit slower than desired. I'd love to see that sped up a bit. Finally, I've never been to the location itself so can't speak to it. The other reviews here seem to have that topic covered. read more

The resort we stayed at did not have washers and dryers, so the only option is to use the company that the hotel contracts with. The prices are outrageous! $160+ for one load of laundry depending the type of clothes and how much. One pair of underware is $3.25! Imagine what pants and shirts are. The Laundry Room was great, they picked it up and had it back the next day. The prices were a fraction of the hotel services. Beware! most Disney Resorts will not even let them on the property because the Laundry Room is not their contracted company. I'm so glad that the resort I stayed at was ok with them picking up and dropping off. The drivers were so nice and helpful. All visitors to Orlando should know about this place, a lot families take vacations to this area and having more than one child the laundry really piles up. read more

If I could give it a half star I would! This place is horrible! The prices are overinflated and the machines are garbage! I paid over $35 to wash 3 loads of clothes from a week's vacation! Every other machine is broken. The machine's left soap in my clothes. I'm from NY and the same washing machine there would cost me $3.50 AND the machine there has a sensor knowing when to add more water to rinse additional suds! The dryer in NY is $.25 for 8 minutes. The Laundry Room-Orlando the cheapest dryer you can find is $2.50 for 32 minutes. They are totally ripping off people who don't have other choices. It was decently clean but I couldn't find a laundry cart to use to transfer clothes from washer to dryer because people were hording them. I dint know how many I counted that had people laundry supplies or empty basket sitting in the cart making it unusable. Maybe they should get more carts. It is also very crowded. Great place to do laundry. I was staying at a hotel across from universal studios and they were taxing for laundry so I decided to look up for a local laundromat. The Laundry Room was very clean. There are always employees there taking great care of the place. They offer self service but also are a very big provider of wash and fold service to individuals and hotels in the area. It's located in a plaza with a couple more shops such as a grocery and a nail shop. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place is way too packed. There is barely any space to walk with all the bins the employees have in the way filled with clothes that they are washing. There are barely any carts for you to put your cloths in and there are NO TABLES TO FOLD YOUR CLOTHES and no sink. The machines are over priced and all taken up by the employees that wash towels and bed sheets for the hotels. This place looks nice in the pictures but when you go its a totally different story. Also if you find parking near by its a miracle. And everyone always leaves their cars parked right in the entrance to this place. There for making it even harder to walk in with your things. Also the top of the machines are full of detergent, and I personally am allergic to some detergents so I can't touch them, this just making it harder to get everything done. read more

Update: the owner contacted me from my previous review. He was very apologetic and asked for me to try again. I went back and dropped clothes off. I was a bit worried as I had to help the reception to get my order in the system. I also was having my order delivered to a hotel and I was a bit worried if there would be any issues. I received my laundry back at my hotel when I arrived later that evening. Everything was in order. It's great to see the company is trying make up for a bad chain of events that I experienced. With some additional training on the computer system I feel they could be just what those who are working here on long contracts need. read more

This review of the delivery/ wash and fold service. The online platform of the services is great, however, the actual service was horrible. When choosing our laundry detergent of choice (we choose Tide) the clothes then came back washed and folded with an awful musty smell nowhere near the smell of Tide. We changed the detergent once again and it was fine. Then the real issues occurred when they delivered only half our clothes and all whites turned sky blue. There was no notification of the error or that they were holding several items for a bit longer to color correct. I had to call over 6 days in a row EVERY DAY to ask for our left-out items to be returned and to speak with a manager about what happened with our whites. I left over 10 messages and no one ever called eventually, we received our ruined shirts a week later with not even a note. Of course they charged twice for delivery and there was no refund for ruined items. I'm a reasonable person and now mistakes can unexpectedly occur, but this service is horrible and they have no desire for customer care. read more

This place is great! We moved into a house but won't have a washer or dryer for several weeks, so we were looking for a reliable place to do laundry. This facility is really large, is really clean, the staff is friendly, it has a play area for kids, and takes credit cards. You can do your own laundry, or drop it off to be done and pick it up later. I dropped off so I could go to work. Turns out I had 37 lbs of laundry. They washed it and dried it for under $30 total! (I opted to fold at home to save some money.) and they did a great job. Our clothes were ready in less than 5 hours. We will definitely be back! read more

I have never been to a laundromat this nice before, and I can't describe how thankful I am that it opened up so close to where I live. Steve and Ileana helped me set up the Speed Queen app, and after downloading this app I don't see how I can go back to just using quarters all the time. I was able to put money on my account using Apple Pay (but you could also put money from your card) and somehow through the power of technology I was able to connect to the washers and dryers and choose the settings in the app. The app also gives notifications of when the loads are done. Genius. You can also add time to your dryer in the app,I haven't tried it yet, but I'm pretty sure my family could also download the free app and add sign in to my account so they could all use the same funds, but I don't have to be the only one doing laundry haha. It is very spacious, and there is the cutest little area for kids. There are plenty of baskets and folding tables too. This is the new and best standard of a laundromat. read more

Unfortunately, in addition to losing all of my bathroom essentials (towels, hand towels, washcloths), I keep finding items that were sent in now missing (sheets, clothing, etc). Best laundry service so far!!! Went here for the first time and the employee already welcomed me knowing it was my first time. Showed me around the facility and took the time to show me how their new machines worked and how it could be tracked with your phone. Their work ethic was much noticed. They kept the place clean by sanitizing every machine with awareness to try and delay Covid-19 from happening to anyone and assured everyone was always wearing a mask. read more

My family and I are staying at the Four Seasons for a 9 day vacation and the Concierge recommended 'She Loves to do Laundry' since we didn't want to pay resort fees for the service. 'She ..." was booked for 2 weeks so we went off the board and chose 'The Laundry Room' and scheduled a pick up. Not only did they miss the pick up date, we didn't get contacted, at all. We checked to see when the laundry was scheduled to be done and the Concierge said the bags were not picked up! The Concierge called to see what happened and rescheduled for the next day...which was bumped again!! Not acceptable for a business to treat customers like this, especially when clothes are such a vital part of your vacation!! read more
