Called 24 hours later with the name of the Dr. only to be told they're "working" on it but now i was told it was gonna take up to 10 days. The communication is terrible and someone may tell you something one day and someone else is gonna tell you something completely different the next day. I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. If you decide to go with them, make sure to ask every question and find out everything before hand so there's no surprised later.

They have a 6 month window after the surgery where you're able to get checked and a 2 year window for any actual "enhancements" to be done. The issues never improved unfortunately and I'm now beyond the window where any additional care would basically require me to pay the entire cost for the procedure again. Their website has a page criticizing other clinics for their "lifetime guarantees", but my friend was able to get a correction done five years after his initial surgery and he had less complications than I did. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I really appreciated the extra effort & thought put into the decoration of the mammogram exam room. It was decked out in pink decor, including soft pink lighting that created a peaceful atmosphere & had a calming effect as you're getting your mammogram done. There was also pink decor displayed that reminded you of the importance of getting regular mammograms done for early detection of breast cancer. I didn't have to wait long in the patient waiting lobby before getting called back to get my mammogram done & the mammogram took about 30 mins or so. My results were sent to me afterwards through my ARC My Chart account after the doctor reviewed them. After that I sat down and waited. I waited for about 10 minutes and then a woman called me back. She did an excellent job getting my blood. I didn't feel the needle at all and felt comfortable because she talked with me throughout the process which made it go really fast. Overall it was a good experience.
