And somehow... every single year... they magically bill me for something that should've been covered. At first I thought it was just one of those annoying insurance mix-ups. But after spending at least an HOUR every year playing mediator between the doctor, insurance company, and lab, it's starting to feel less like "oops" and more like a seasonal tradition. Usually they eventually fix it after I call enough times. Other times I've honestly just paid it because I value my sanity. This there were two tests I knew insurance wouldn't cover, paid for them upfront with my credit card, had the doctor separate them on a different form, AND asked for a receipt. The receipt only had the amount paid -- no description. Which already felt a little "interesting." Convenient that for some reason they have no way of putting a description what I paid for on this but every time they send me a bill it has a very accurate description of what they are billing me for. It's sad that it comes to me having to cord this interaction to protect myself. So I asked on video: "So these definitely will not be billed to insurance since I'm paying here?" Receptionist: "Yes." Fast forward to this week: guess who just got billed $36 for those exact same tests. At this point I'm not even mad about the money. It's the principle. Because I know a lot of people probably just sigh dramatically, pay the $30, and move on. But no. Not this year. This year I will be returning like a low-budget legal drama with my receipt, my credit card statement, AND my little video clip. Honestly the phlebotomists are sweet, but the front office acts like kindness costs extra. They are shockingly rude! So if this place keeps overbilling you too: fight it. Even if it's annoying. Or save yourself the headache and find a friendlier lab who doesn't routinely try to keep an extra 15- 30 from every visit.

Too often with OBGYN visits, you feel rushed--like you're just being moved in and out--but that was absolutely not the case here. Macie was incredibly thorough, patient, and attentive. You could genuinely tell how much she cared, and she took the time to make sure everything was explained and that I felt heard. Dr. Seeker came in very prepared, was extremely kind and understanding of my history, and made me feel like he truly knew me--even though he hasn't been my OB in the past. That level of care meant so much to me. I left the appointment feeling reassured, supported, and confident, and I'm so grateful that Dr. Seeker will be my doctor moving forward. Such a wonderful, compassionate team.

I am looking forward to having her and her team help deliver our little one in early '26! Additional notes: The nurses are quick to respond to questions on the patient portal, and I have had easy scheduling experiences. Everyone at the office is nice! I have not had any major issues with wait times; morning appointments are a breeze. There was one instance when we waited for about 40mins past our appointment time (our appointment was towards end of day), but again, most of the time we are not waiting long. I love this practice and will be a patient for years to come!

Appointments felt rushed, questions went unanswered, and there was little sense that anyone was truly paying attention to my ongoing treatment. Things took a turn for the worse when they switched to a "pay-for-monthly membership" model. For patients who couldn't or didn't want to sign up for an expensive subscription just to receive basic medical services, the message was clear: pay up or move on. That message became literal when I received a single written notice that they would no longer be providing care. There was no real transition plan and no effort to ensure continuity of treatment. As a result, my prescriptions were suddenly left unable to be filled, putting me in a stressful and medically risky position. Responsible medical practices don't leave people without access to necessary medications. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic concern for patient care was shocking. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who needs reliable, attentive, and ethical medical support.

This year was the worst yet -- Dr.Neyman retired, and no one notified her long-term patients until just two weeks before she left. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for those of us who rely on her for ongoing hormone therapy and care. To make matters worse, it's nearly impossible to get anyone to call you back regarding lab results or prescription refills. The office refuses to follow up with the pharmacy, leaving patients without essential medications. I've had to physically drive to the office just to get answers -- and even then, it feels like no one cares about long-term patients or is willing to guide us on next steps. You're left feeling lost, ignored, and without medication. The phone lines go unanswered for hours, and there's no clear communication or support. After nearly two decades of loyalty, I'm heartbroken and disappointed that this is how patients are treated now. No one should be left without care or direction -- especially by a doctor's office we've trusted for so many years.

It almost made up for him not being interested in hearing what I had to say during the exam. I guess he was busy, being an doctor doing an urgent care rotation during flu season and all, but I definitely felt like just another body he wanted to get out the door to make way for the next one.

I switched to him after my last Dr. retired. I had seen Dr Brooke for almost a year and a half. He also insisted I have a pap smear before he would prescribe birth control (one in which my medical records and his nurse said I didn't need at this time). The same birth control I've taken for 15 years. After the humiliation, degradation and expense of going thru that, his office lost my lab results and I was never provided with any of the results. or refunded my cost. Another time I was 3 days late for my shot and he insisted I take a pregnancy test first even though I had not had sex in over a month and there was NO WAY I was pregnant. I asked about taking a medication to lower my high cholesterol. I donate blood and had results from the Blood Center of Central Texas. Their doctors' results weren't good enough for him and he insisted I take more blood tests there before even considering treatment. Basically he's a (*&%$) with poor bedside manners and his main agenda seems to be ordering unnecessary tests to rack up the expense. I don't have health insurance and can't afford his method of Bogusness. No wonder people can't afford insurance nowadays with Dr.'s like him cranking up the bill unnecessarily. Oh and last but not least, he referred me to another Dr. for my condition who turned out to be a pediatrition at Dell Children's Center. Perhaps after practicing for 25 years he should consider retirement. Can any one say QUACK?
