Didn't happen. They infiltrated my arm with blood and saline and a week later recommended I seek medical care. Are they going to pay for that Dr. visit to make sure my arm is ok, that there's no nerve damage or trapped fluid. Short answer no. Obviously I wont go back there neither should you. Now I feel bad they have some good people there who treated me well the first 3 times I went. I guess they need to figure out how to properly respond and treat people when one of their staff makes a mistake.

Came here with my sister to take the CPR/First Aid/AED Adult and Pediatric certification that is…read moreblended course. I booked the class via phone, the CSR was really helpful and efficient in booking the class and providing the information about the course. After paying and confirming my info she said I would get a receipt email and another with access info into the account since there is the online class portion that must be completed before going in person for the second half. I did get the receipt but not the account info, I reached out to their online CSR, they sent a reset password email to help access the account. The online class is pretty informative and can take anywhere from 3-4 hours to complete. There are seven modules in total. For the in person class, it is recommended that you show up 15 minutes before to check in and bring the email or print the proof of your online completed class. The instructor was very helpful and taught efficiently to help deepen one's knowledge and put into practice what one has learned from the online portion. The class was 2.15 hours and went by quickly. Highly would recommend whether it is for work purposes or in general for being prepared for emergencies. Also it's fun to do it with a family member or friend so you can be partners :)

Went to donate for first time Required educational reading, video, questions took about an hour…read more Had to have medical/physical exam as expected. Person conducting test unknown title. Due to some of my medical history she consulted medical director who was in office. Medical director stated I definitely did not have what I say I had in my medical history or "l would be dead". Then they promptly disqualified me. Complete ignorance on their part. I'm guessing no one has any sort of medical training. I should have known what I was getting into when I walked in and there was an armed guard at the door.
