They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. The team answered all my questions, always returning phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. As they did the remediation, they explained things step by step, and even though it was miserably hot I never heard one complaint. Between the heat and the old part of the crawlspace the job took longer than anticipated, but they never cut corners or rushed to get done - in fact, they had to come back the next day to finish because they wanted to make sure it was done properly.
