I called him and he told me to text him my info so he could come out and take a look. He came the next day to evaluate and give me an estimate for repair. What I thought was my issue wasn't my issue, but he was able to determine what I really needed. I thought it was roof repair, but I really just needed rotted wood replaced. I was able to set up an appointment and get the work done. He was very flexible with my schedule. The new wood in the exterior trim matches very well with the home. He also replaced window screens.
