I was running 4 mins behind due to traffic and they went ahead and brought in the appointment behind me since they were already there and waiting. Not ideal for me of course but great if the shoe had been on the other foot. It's a pretty cozy space so I waited for the appointment to wrap up by admiring the small town views and a few new pair of glasses. Dr. Nguyen was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and made sure that I had just as much of an understanding of what was going on with my eyes. I didn't feel rushed at all going through my exam and she gave me thoughtful suggestions on my next steps to ensure that my eye health was being prioritized. I also appreciated that Dr. Nguyen sanitized the equipment before having me use each machine. At the front desk for check out, the woman who helped me there was also really patient as I scrambled to find my HSA card to pay. It started pouring down raining and she was even kind enough to walk me through the back door to my car so I wouldn't get as wet. I will be ordering my new contacts from here soon and was told the turnaround time is really quick. I look forward to receiving them and I am excited to have a new eye doctor.

Stacy even gave them to us for a steal. He got glare protection and transition lenses and when it was all done we spent under $400. Then she let us know they would be done by Tuesday at 5. No early emergencies would be accommodated, and were frankly very abrupt on the phone. I knew that eyes are serious business, and I could not wait. I called First Eye Care, as they had seen me once before, under similar circumstances, and they told me to come in immediately. The reception staff was so nice and I was promptly seen by Dr.Kumar. She was so kind and shared extensive information about my condition, a severe corneal abrasion, and provided excellent care. They must not offer customer service training. When I picked up my eyeglasses, they didn't offer to have them fitted. A few days later I ordered sunglasses. They were supposed to arrive before Christmas. When I called to check on the 23rd they said they would have to call Oakley (don't they have the tracking number? ‍). Eventually we reconnected and found out that they have been delivered, but to the other location (‍). They said they would be ready to pick up on the 28th. OK.... I show up on the 29th and they can't be found. Only reason I'm giving them more than 1 star is they carry decent brands and have a decent selection.
