Excellent food, kind staff, however ambiance suffers from the location being right off a loud highway. Tacos and Mexican Street Corn were delicious. The brisket was delightfully smoky, and the freshness of the mild salsa complemented it wonderfully. Loved mine Mexican Style with corn tortillas! Mexican Street Corn was perfectly ripe, lightly charred, slathered with a delicious sauce, and dusted with cheese. The menu was rather large for a food truck, but the ingredients are all fresh and some locally sourced so I'd trust everything is good here. They offer some outdoor seating, however if road noise is bothersome I'd recommend taking it to go, like nearby Salt Springs.

If your near Salt Springs do yourself a favor and stop at Odd Todd's for some fresh and delicious food. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is charming!

My husband and I were in the area hanging out at a friend's lake house. We picked this place because it was close by. Not much to choose from in the area, but we were not disappointed. The reviews got it right. My husband had the Mongo Boss Burrito and I had a Cowboy Pork quesadilla. We each only ate half of our food, which was the right amount for lunch. We enjoyed the leftovers for lunch the next day. We both ate our leftovers cold and enjoyed them just as much as when it was fresh. The food was unique with it being bbq meat but served Mexican style. Our total bill prior to taxes and tip came to $20.10, it also included a bottled soda. We will definitely eat here again when we are back in the area.

Who'd have thought the tiny town of Salt Springs would have some of the best food joints around? Located in the heart of the Ocala National Forest and road side on your trip to some of the best springs around, Odd Todd's offers a great quick bite on your way through town. It's a produce stand/food truck combo with a built outdoor eating area on picnic tables. They sell an array of jellies and pickles and farm stand goodies in case you want to pick up a souvenir of your trip. (Note: besides the salsas, most of the jarred items are not locally made) We ordered the Mongo Boss Burrito with beef brisket and the Chili Rellenos with black beans and rice. The servings were large, cooked to order, and very flavorful. The sauce on the burrito had a nice smokiness that complimented the BBQ flare of the beef brisket filling. The Chili Rellenos were stuffed with cheese and served in a corn tortilla like a taco which let you eat it with your hands. However, you most likely will need a fork and knife to eat because it is overflowing with sauce and stuffing. I knocked off a star, because they are not COVID friendly. None of the staff was wearing masks, and the tables were pretty close together.

Foodies and bbq nuts: If you are in the area of Salt Springs Fl you gotta stop at Odd Todd's which has a big road sign that simply says. Tacos But it's so much more with BBQ Brisket that is fantastic. Comes on Texas toast with sweet or spicy sauce(Get it mixed!) Potato wedges with cheese and spicy dip in sauce you will love it read more

We used to visit this food truck until they decided to place politics over customers. When I go out to eat the last thing I want is someone forcing their politics in my face. There's too much division out there as it is, why make things worse by shoving into everyone's face? read more

What a great example. The folks there appreciate your business and it shows. Easily the best food east of Texas. Can't wait to go back. I had the triple threat and the wife had brisket street tacos. Our dogs feasted on a 1/4 pound each of some of the tastiest chicken I've tasted in a while. Highly recommended if your ever within an hour of this location, it's a MUST stop. Hell maybe even 2 hours. The drive is very worth it. Can't wait to go back. Also try the specialty sodas! Again, a must try! read more

We stumbled on odd Todd's after visiting silver glen spring.what a gem!!!!the food is organic(and from Todd's garden!!) Doesn't look like much when you pass by but definitely trust your gut and pull in when you see the giant TACO sign outside of their place. The food was unexpectedly so delicious. Authentic flavors and very quick and friendly service. Would definitely go back if we lived near here. read more

Wonderful, fresh food. We loved it. I had American tacos, DH had a tostada, we shared an ear of Mexican corn, and a strawberry shortcake. All delicious! Food truck. Can get it to go or eat at their tables outside, under a roof. Was a beautiful day to eat outside. Will be going back! read more

Stopped in here yesterday while we were on the road and we were very happy we did! They have a small shaded picnic area for outdoor seating but of course you can just take it to go since it's a food truck. It was fast, seriously delicious and super fresh!! The tacos had a great smoky flavor since he smokes the meats and the toppings were generous and, like I said, so fresh and healthy! Try the Mexican corn, sooo yummy! We went to Odd Todd's on a whim while camping at Salt Spring Campground. The food was so good we went back the next day! The first day we had the Shredded Pork Mexican Style Tacos and the Brisket American Style Tacos and the second day we had the Triple Threat Sandwich. Hands down some of the best food I have ever had! This is an unassuming outdoor restaurant/farm stand so expect fresh ingredients and a casual atmosphere. Well behaved dogs are also welcome so no need to leave Fido in the car. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area and am looking forward to trying more menu items! read more

They close at 5:30 on Tuesdays and ran out of food by 5. Then ran out of food on Thursday at 3 when open until 7. I wish I could have tried it. Love supporting local especially when traveling. read more

Listen, all of the Mexican choices taste excellent, but you really need to go one time for the previously unnamed chicken sandwich, even if you are not in the Salt Springs area often, there is nothing on the menu that would not make taking the trip just for the food read more

Absolute favorite food joint I've ever been to!! I've tried to recreate their food at home but I cannot. Whether you get the juiciest chicken sandwich that melts in your mouth, or the triple threat with a crunchy layer of cheese on the juiciest wad of beef and pork, your mouth will be exploding with flavor and happiness! This is a hidden gem tucked away on the side of the road. The unassuming exterior and outdoor tables offers a relaxing casual experience. The food was out of this world. We had the Odd Todd's tacos, Mexican Street Corn, and the homemade salsa. Fan-tastic!! read more

Dang this place was good! I am a taco snob/freak/fanatic that loves small legit locally owned places more than any other fare. These folks know what they are doing. Try anything and you won't be disappointed. We had the pork taco Mexican style, the Poblano with Brisket and the burrito. Also the chips, guacamole and salsa. Nothing was short of awesome. Lastly, the selection of drinks include Jarritos (my fav is the pineapple) and a bunch of other juices and such. Great little covered seating and eating area too. Can't wait to come back! read more
