Joe serves Sahlens natural casing hot dogs which I had never tried, but they are now on my favorites list. Sahlens are made in Buffalo NY, and Joe also introduced me to another Buffalo favorite, Loganberry drink, a blackberry-raspberry hybred, which I found very refreshing. It had the potential to be very good but the mango was not ripe at all. It was very firm and flavorless so I didn't get the balance of sweet, salty and spicy. My advice would be to use riper mangos that are sweet to bring the full flavor out. Also, the price is a bit much. This small container was $9.33. It should be around $6.00.
