I have to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received from Beth. Every time I have been in there, she has greeted me with nasty looks and a terrible attitude. Despite being a paying customer who has always raved about the food not only to her but the people around me, I've received undeservedly rude treatment. My friends and family have been in there with me and they agree and have witnessed this indiscretion. Moreover, I've also overheard her making insulting remarks about other customers to her employees, which is completely unacceptable. I will never step foot in that place again due to her disrespectful behavior. read more

That wasnt a problem though because we did our order on the way there. Let me start off by saying I love Korean fried chicken. This did not taste like Korean fried chicken to me at all. It tasted like regular chicken wings from a Chinese restaurant. So, I was disappointed. The wings were also huge. I dislike big wings. The flavors for the wings were regular, not your typical Korean fried wings flavors like Garlic soy, Garlic Spicy, etc. I found that weird for a Korean fried chicken spot. The crab rangoons had a nice flavor but Luke warm. The styrofoam boxes that chicken was served in had to ventilation which made the wings soggy by the time we got home. When using styrofoam for froed foods, holes should be cut in the corners of the box for ventilation. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be interested in visiting again.
