The following day we were going to be gone all day so we called the store and spoke to Kirk and purchased the item but we were not sure what time we would be back to West Linn and we were afraid we wouldn't make it before he closed. Kirk said not to worry and he kept the store open almost 2 hours beyond closing time so that we could pick up the item. We were so surpised and honored that he did that for us. We would recommend this store anytime!

I made the journey today to check out these cute little Peruvian mirrors they get in from time to time. I'd ideally like 5 silver ones. They only had three I wanted and one wasnt totally silver...so I didnt buy today. But I will keep monitoring and likely go in again. Theyre freaking adorable. There was no one around at noon on Sunday so I could drool in peace. They had a number of cool old pieces. All the drawers opened easily ( unlike my current cool old pieces). I could have happily loaded up my car if I only had a place for them and a wad of cash. Not only do they have cool old stuff but they will paint/refinish/distress your cool old stuff too. Sweet. And they have sales from time to time on facebook. There was street parking right on 6th in front of their door. Easy peasy. Second, we sent pictures of the damaged sideboard and finally after a month of they came back and said they would not replace it but they would send a credit. What good is a credit and a damaged sideboard? The comment we got was, take a hammer and pound the corner back in place. Several people we know who work with wood said it's damaged and there is no way to fix it. We will never purchase from this store again. We have had much better customer service at other furniture stores, returning large furniture pieces until they got it right. What happened to customer service? Now we're stuck with a damaged piece of furniture. Beware shopping here because they are nice to you until you have a problem.
