Jozi Little-Reader was AMAZING! I booked a vacation after receiving a 7 night free trip from a time share presentation and had my trip booked in less than an hour! I was skeptical at first after reading all these reviews but I'm glad I went through with it. I browsed around and decided not to go with an out of country location because of the crazy resort/all inclusive fees (I could've booked these locations on my own for a lot cheaper) so I decided to book in Las Vegas. I browsed all the hotels and found the Tahiti Village (great hotel/great reviews) and best of all - no resort fees. Total cost ended up being $279 after the initial $100 deposit it came out to $179. I understood that I would be responsible for taxes so this was not a big deal. My process: I called the travel agent line (866) 261-4265 and got no answer so I decided to call the custom care line 1(866) 339-6006 and ask for Jozi directly (as a referral from other reviewers) I was transferred and was able to finalize my hold in less than an hour. It was such a pleasure speaking with Daniela Alvarez! She was professional, personable and prompt with providing the information I needed to secure my vacation. I recommend asking for her when booking your travel with Odenza Vacations. I called a dozen times from last year to this month March 2023 to use a vacation certificate I received from being apart of a Travel company. I was skeptical and didn't think this was a reputable company because none of the agents before Daniela provided me with the clear and concise information. I genuinely wanted to take a moment to say what an absolute pleasure it was working with Shiori Anik at Odenza. Traveling, especially with a child can be nerve-wracking, and I'll be honest, some of the reviews online made me a little uneasy at first. But I truly don't know what anyone is talking about, because my experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Shiori was kind, attentive, reassuring, and incredibly proactive. When I received our booking and realized my son and I weren't seated together, she didn't hesitate for a second she personally called the airline to make sure we would be seated together. That level of care is unreal and so deeply appreciated as a parent. I genuinely feel like I lucked out working with such an angel. I read so may bad reviews on this company but I wanted to give it a chance myself. It has been the most wonderful, stress-free experience. I'm not sure if I just got the best travel agent ever, but Mozhdeh Asadsangabi has been an angel, and worked tirelessly to ensure I had the reservation I wanted, secured and complete. There are additional charges, but this is clearly stated on the travel certificate that is issued to me, so there were no surprises at all. The refundable deposit of $100 was put towards the overall fee, and I paid a total of about $279 for a 7-day vacation stay at a top rated property in Orlando! I have become the greatest fan of this company and Mozhdeh is the reason why. I appreciated the communication and the reassurance. She made me feel really good about the entire process. Please give this company a shot and you will not be dissatisfied. Please read your certificate clearly, so you understand exactly what you are getting into. Me and my best friend kristyn both won trips and my friend ended up booking hers before me and I decided to join her but I wasn't sure if those dates would be available so she reached out to Andrea Ramirez who was helping her with booking and she was so helpful answering all of our questions and she even placed the last room that was available for those dates on hold for me until she could get my booking info which was so sweet of her and she didn't have to do that but to ensure that I wouldn't miss out on the trip she went out of her way to ensure that I would be able to book the last room available at that hotel! My partner and I got a vacation when we purchased our van earlier this year. Being people that don't normally use a travel agent we were a bit nervous, but excited. When we were put in touch with Jennifer EVERYTHING came together just the way we would've done it ourselve if not better! We are people who tend to leave things to the last minute and although we had time to work with we decided that we wanted to go to Vegas and we wanted to go now. So I got in touch with Jennifer on a Friday and on that same Friday everything was booked for us to fly out the next Tuesday, upgrades and all. If I was just rating our travel agent Jennifer, I'd would've given her FOR SURE 5 stars however it's the company and we had a few hiccups before being assigned an agent. I just wanted to thank Odenza vacations, especially travel agent, Krista Warren, for the great trip we had to Las Vegas! We received this trip from the dealership when we bought our new van in 2010. It was good for two years, so we didn't decide to take the trip until this October, 2011. When I contacted Krista, we were supposed to fly out of Regina, SK., which was four hours away. We would have preferred Saskatoon, SK., which was only 1 1/2 hrs. away. There were certain dates in October that we were unable to travel. Krista was so great in finding us flights out of Saskatoon and dates in October that we would be able to go. A person could contact Krista at anytime or email her, and get such a prompt reply. To be totally honest, I was a little hesitant about using this company due to some other scams we have come across when we earn trips from timeshare presentations. This time, we won this trip through a contest, and Odenza was the company on the voucher. I'm very pleased to say that this was one of the best booking experiences I've had!! We booked an Alaskan cruise at a discounted rate and Patrick Lee was the best travel agent we could have asked for! Despite our voucher being for a specific time of year, Patrick informed up that we could apply the voucher for any travel plans that we wanted. There was so much flexibility. Travel agent Andrew Ogunbayo is professional and courteous, and was very helpful in getting our vacation booked. Like some other reviewers, I was trying to redeem a free vacation offer. For the initial booking process, we had to find a resort available during our chosen vacation dates, then put a hold on that resort online, then speak to a travel agent and finalize the booking within 24 hours. I did initially have trouble getting through to a travel agent but once I got in touch with travel agent Andrew Ogunbayo, he followed through til we were able to book the resort. I also delayed a bit because I wanted to call the resort to confirm a few things before booking, and then the resort was no longer available. Andrew was vigilant, kept in touch with us and helped us get the resort booked when it again became available. read more

This is my second time booking with Odenza Vacations. Both were the result of attending a timeshare presentation on the promise of "free" vacation days. It's not Odenza's fault that the timeshare people over-promise just how "free" it is. To get the resort I wanted for a "free" week cost over $1000 in charges including $279 booking fee, $30/night resort fee, and $628 for a premium venue. But, the same week on Booking.com was $2500 so $1000 is still a good deal. All of this was clearly and nicely explained by Amanpreet Singh who responded within the hour of me placing a "Hold" on the week I wanted and followed up when I canceled that week and then shifted to another week. I would like to share my experience with my travel agent Christine Saburi. I was having a little trouble navigating the website to choose my destination for my next vacation. Christine was very helpful in locating accommodations suitable to my particular request. I had chosen a resort in Punta Cana or Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. Christine found me a beautiful resort at the Tropical at LHVC which was closer to the beach which was one of my requests. I was then able to call Christine directly and discuss the resort and amenities and my itinerary. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions which made the experience very easy.
