This place is such a cute and a super curated toy store at Fashion Island. They happened to have an event when we went on a Saturday - they had Princess Belle, Snow White, and Cinderella. They also had face painting and balloon animals for the kids. The staff were friendly and ensured that kids can have fun in their store. Their toys range from toy furnitures, dolls, wooden toys, plushies, mom and dad journal, and so much more. I'd definitely recommend this store if you're strolling around Fashion Island. Something might catch your eye for your little ones! The price can be a bit price-y but it seems like it is a fair deal for the quality of toys they are offering. read more

This is a really cute toy store. I'm an adult and I want half the toys in here for myself! The displays are immaculate and the store well organized, and clean. The customer service of this store is too poor, I ordered from the official website, the items need to be sent from this store. They didn't send me an email about an item that was out of stock. Contact customer service by email, reply time is long. It is not easy to get through email, the customer service said that I can receive the order within a period of time, but I did not receive it. Ask them for a tracking number, no reply. The number on yelp doesn't work. And now I haven't received my order yet! The after-sales service is really terrible. I've looked forward to visiting this shop after discovering their page on Instagram but was met with customer service that could only be compared to the scene in Pretty Woman when Vivian tries to shop on Rodeo Drive. All of the other reviews describing the adorable merchandising and selection are completely accurate. However, the employees were awful. I came across this cute store when looking for a music box for my kids. I ended up spending way more time on there Instagram shop exploring all the cute handcrafting items they offered. I ended up getting my three year old twins two mouses in a matchbox through there Instagram account. When I went on there actual website I came across another boy mouse that I liked a tiny bit better and decided to take a shot and email them to see if I could switch. Within 30 min Ashley emailed me back and said it would be no problem and actually covers the few dollar difference of the mouse I wanted. I cannot recommend this little shop enough. The customer service was superb and there's to many items of cuteness to choose. I highly recommend shopping here. read more

Went in and bought some items as well as I placed a pre paid special order 6 weeks ago, they were supposed to call me when it's ready for pick up. They never did so I have called multiple times, left voicemails, emailed them, and they keep ignoring me. They were quick to take my money but never gave me my item nor responded. I purchased a gorilla toy from this store on June 22 for my nephews baby shower on July 16. When I purchased the toy, I didnt inspect it or anything as it was sealed in a box. They live in Nashville and opened up the toy to put it in his nursery and noticed that it was broken. I called the store about a week ago and spoke to a nice woman and let her know of the problem and that that the reason it has been about a month is because they live out of state and my brother was coming back into town so I would like to replace it. I even specified to her that I did not have my receipt but can provide proof purchase from my credit card. She said it wouldn't be a problem and to come in. My husband just went there to replace it and I showed him the receipt from our bank statement and they not only refused to replace because it had been past the return time (even after explaining the situation a week prior to a female employee and her telling me to bring it in) but they also accused us of breaking it saying there were missing pieces and how could we do this. The man, who is the owner, was extremely rude to myself ( I was on the phone) and my husband who rightly so started to get extremely frustrated and from what he told me, got a little heated. I understand about return policies but as a small business owner myself have never been treated so poorly by someone. He was rude, aggressive, accusatory and the complete opposite of the joy and kindness that should come from a children store. These toys are not cheap and I encourage anyone who buys from this store to double check what they provide to you in the box and don't make the same mistake I did because they will not replace it and accuse you of breaking it and trying to bring it back. Horrible customer service and its a shame because they have unique toys. I will never purchase from you again UPDATE: the store owner stresses below that there were "missing pieces" and that there was extensive damage yet after my husband went home and a actually took the time to look at the toy all pieces were in fact there and he was able to fix it by tweaking a piece (super glue) because they sold me a broken toy and accused me of breaking it. I go regularly and usually get teary eyed from the childhood magic that lies within all the intentional details of the store and the beautifully crafted toys. You can feel the passion and joy behind it all! It's really special. I'm always greeted with the warmest hello with the soft hum of their music boxes playing in the background. The owners immediately felt like friends and are always so kind! No matter how small of a purchase I make, they always present it with so much care in their custom bags.
