Very poor, snobby service. My daughter and her friend walked in while I was ordering cupcakes at Sprinkles and were treated very rudely from the beginning. The woman took an item right out of her had and I heard her say "I'll take that since you're not going to buy it." Funny enough, we're going to purchase the item but not after that. I feel like service has elevated at most places but not here. Trust me and don't go here! Instead take a five minute drive and try Li'l Baby Sprouts in the Bluffs Shopping Center which has much better service. read more

On three separate occasions either myself, my mother in law or my wife have all had negative experiences with the woman working here. An older woman with brown hair. There is never any greeting and a lot of judgement or sizing us up to see if we have the money to spend. I might add that we do, as we grew up in Newport and all of our family frequent this area to dine out and shop with regularity. She is not nice and it just feels weird that she works at a children's store but has no interest in being pleasant or helpful, or at a minimum not rude. I will never ever shop here again! I urge all to find another local children's boutique with staff that actually like people. read more

Inventory is great, service is below par. Typical middle aged women with attitude on the floor. We asked questions about newborn clothes and she didn't have anything to add other than details that were printed on the tag. Like why do you work in a children's clothing store if you don't want to help people pick stuff out? I can just buy stuff online and skip the attitude next time. I hardly ever leave reviews but I thought I should! My mother in law and myself along with my toddler stopped in here after going to the beach to get a fun toy for my toddler. Let me just say the young girl working was a ray of sunshine. She engaged with my son the entire time and was playing with him( he's a menace) and wanted to throw the bouncy balls everywhere. Happy 2020 where discrimination is still apparent at this children boutique. If you're Asian you better stay away or you'll feel like dirt. The staff here is amazing! I didn't know what to get my niece for her first birthday, and I was on a budget. The staff was very helpful, and gave me lots of options. I ended up purchasing a beautiful dress that was on sale, and a matching barrette. A woman named Meghan rang up my order, and wrapped the gift as well. The stuff in this place is extremely nice and pretty well organized. My one star is for the service. One person that was helping me was extremely attentive and pleasant. However the check out process was a nightmare. I got two things from the sale rack and when I went to pay the same friendly demeanor the checkout woman had with the person before me was gone. She looked at me & my husband with disgust. When I paid she made a rude comment about how fast my card went through. That is extremely rude to think that just because someone is a different race or ethnic background from you that they can't pay for the items. She gave the person before me a nice paper bag and she gave me an oversized plastic one. Will not be going back. read more

Another children's boutique in Newport Beach, I don't think this one will be open for very long. When we were in there it was empty, the selection is mostly targeted towards princessy girly girls. I have 6 grandkids: 1 girl and 5 boys, 4 years down to newborn. I found something for all of them. The store has unique style. For my 4 year old granddaughter there was a "Chasing Firefles" ruffles, animal print, and sweet princess. For the boys: newborn cute animals gown/converts to pant jumper, gauze blankets, soft outfits, and unique cardigan sweaters with cool print shirts, jeans like a dressed up surfer.
