The staff here is super nice and helpful. I came in for a Vex champion deck and some sleeves on a Saturday and it was packed with players. The storefront itself was a little hard to find at first because my GPS led me to the "front" that was facing the street, but the actually storefront runs out of the "back" but I probably should have checked the pictures before heading there. But once you walk to the "front" there is a sign that directs you to the "back" so it's not too hard to find. Once you start heading there, you will spot many helpful signs that may have been missed. Once I got in I was immediately greeted and helped. They have a little shelf with a variety of sleeves. I saw some on the website that I couldn't find in-store but luckily there were able to help me. I was able to gather everything that I was looking for! I would definitely come here again. The prices for sleeves were fair and the Vex Champion Deck I got was very reasonable. read more

Really awesome place for cards. Owners? Workers? Not even sure. But those guys in the store are SUPER nice and knowledgeable. Prices are honest and fair. And they have an instagram account that shows what drops are coming or what they have in stock. The service and prices were all decent but there is a few reasons I'm not going back. 1: they only trade at 70% whereas almost every single other card shop/show I've been to trades at 80%, 2: most places I've been too don't include tax in trades, this is because it's trading where your supposed to meet values, not meet values and than upcharge a little and finally 3: (this one could be just really bad luck but I don't think so) me and a friend both got 11 packs ripped them and didn't get a SINGLE hit, not even an ex. they do have a lot of selection but if I do ever go back im only buying, not trading and I'm not getting loose packs. It's been about a year since I started coming to BoomLoot and they only get better! First Pokemon card I ever purchased was from here and it was the Pikachu Van Gogh ($750). Keith looked at me like, dude!? You sure you want this to be your first purchase, haha. He also said it should be going up in value and DAMN, he was right! I think it's around $1,500 right now...my point to that was today, 11/11/25, Keith remembered he sold me that card and mentioned it while I was walking out. The guys that work here care about this community and care about the work they do. They're awesome and my son and daughter love coming in here to check out the new items they have. HELPFUL HINT...their storefront is in the BACK. If you go to the "normal front" you'll have to walk around to the backside. Love this place. I'm a big Pokemon collector and they always have great prices on their Illustration + Special Art rares. Ideal place to take a young fan to check out the big ticket stuff as well as their wide variety of bulk Pokemon cards to help kickstart their collection. They hold weekly tournaments as well (Saturdays 3pm) so you can build a deck here as well lern to play! KEITH!! He's such a great guy. Super sweet and communicative with us. There's such a HUGE selection of funko pop but we come to him for pokemon cards. Their store has mostly graded slabs but as of recently increased in singles, packs, ETBs and booster bundles. The community is nice and very patient. There's usually 1-2 guys working the shop and we noticed a lot of the customers wait for their turn without interrupting or butting in the customer before them. That shows a lot about the atmosphere of the store! We come pretty often when we can since it's a bit further for us but definitely a regular store for us. read more

I mainly come here for pokemon so I can't speak for other items, but they have binders of alt arts, full arts, vintage and max's. They have graded slabs and boxs. Bundling can get you a reasonable discount if you pay in cash. One great thing about BoomLoot is that they offer a rewards program. Everytime you get a product worth $10+ you earn a point, once you reach 10 points you get a free funko! (I think at least, please correct me if I'm wrong). My feedback is on their "pre order" system. It is really lacking ... something. I preordered my Freddie Mercury pop back in November 2018. I followed up periodically via their facebook messenger, and was told "its any day now". Today is May 2019 and I noticed the Freddie pop is "sold out" on their web site. I called and the guy who answered looked up my order, then said "oh maybe yours is one of the damaged ones" and then said "i think we have enough good ones for you to pick up". First, I have been waiting since November for an email or some sort of notification it's ready. The guy said "we posted it on social media". WTH? I'm sure if I spent every waking day on social media, I would have seen it.. but I don't. That's what email or even a call/text is for. So now, I am going to get my pop (6 months later) and "hope" its not one of the damaged ones the guy was talking about. He didn't seem very confident my Pop "is" even in... so here goes nothing if I drive over, and find it is MIA. Aside from their crappy pre order system, they have a good store, and great selection of Pops.. they just need to figure out how to communicate to the customer that the merch is in!! read more

They have displays of their pop selection in the front room, and you tell them which pops you want and they'll get one from their storeroom in the back for you! Love that they post their new pops daily on their Instagram, so be sure to frequent their insta! And check their online site too! Favorite part about it is their stamp card, where you make a purchase of $10 or more and you get a stamp (at least I think that's how it works). Love this store! I was so excited to find a retailer in Orange County that sold pop funkos. He has by far the largest selection I've seen in a retail location basically ever. I was really impressed with the display and how courteous and thoughtful the owner was. We were greeted immediately, he was super friendly, and he had things in stock I had never even seen before. So when it comes to pop hunting there are a few things I think are important. Packaging- the owner really cares about the condition of the boxes and holds the damages boxes back. Everything we purchased was *mint* The price- ok, standard retail pricing for all regular pops, cheaper than hot topic or game stop for commons. Exclusives- he had some pretty expensive grails, HOWEVER, they were in the same Ballpark as stashpedia, or what you might find on mercari. The guy really understands how to price his pops- and you can tell he's thoughtful about it, and you don't have to take the risk of buying something over the internet from an individual. Discount! If you buy 10 pops you get one freee!!! He uses 5stars to keep track of purchases, so that's awesome! Go here for sure. Have fun! This place is amazing! read more

I am a POPFunk collector but not your average, sane kind of collector --- I am the crazy kind who searches for very rare POPFunk collectibles, at a fair price, but in the most pristine, crisp of POPFunk original boxes. So when I found BoomLoot tucked away in a grey, plain plaza, I thought I'd wandered into a POPFunk haven. And I was right. BoomLoot has walls covered in nearly every POPFunk release, sorted by limited edition, latest releases, convention exclusives, and your most rare Funk figurines. They have an assortment of mystery vinyl boxes, and select figurines of other sorts (such as a sick Lich King from World of Warcraft model on display). I came to find the newest R2D2 that has always been sold out at the other mall stores that carry POPFunk, but at BoomLoot they are plenty in stock. I wound up leaving with a few other finds that I'd been searching for but had put on the back-burner. Careful with your wallet-- you're sure to be enticed by the huge selection. I also ended up buying Wonder Women in her Invisible Jet (pictured) just standing on line to buy my other POPFunk vinyls. All the boxes are very clean and crisp -- no dents. As a perfectionist, I love that. Perfect POPFunks! If you check-in, you'll receive a free acid-free cover for your precious POPFunk -- what a bargain. The shopkeeper is very friendly and clearly is also a POPFunk enthusiast himself. We chatted about the collectibles for a bit. I will surely return (wallet permitting) to fill my collection using BoomLoot as my source.
