I would highly recommend Premier Pools We had a terrific experience and our pool is gorgeous. Jaren…read morecommunicated with us frequently and responded quickly when we had questions. He set good expectations for progress and kept us informed of next steps. He did a great job coordinating the subs and keeping things moving. Jaren also was good to work with when we wanted a few design changes. He gave us good advice and was fair about costs. All of Premier's employees and subcontractors were professional. We felt comfortable having any of them in our yard. They kept the site clean and were kind to our daughter and dog. They seemed to take a real interest in our family, and took pride in their workmanship. Even the owner personally came to oversee the final plastering and check on our experience. We were swimming around 60 days from the dig. Jeremy did a great job training us on the equipment and chemicals. He still responds to our calls when we have random questions.

Premier Pools of Utah - Unprofessional, Incompetent, Liars and Thieves…read more Travis, Jaren and Premier Pools team are the least professional people and business I have ever dealt with. They lie to get your business, underestimate the bids and then give you the real bid once work has started, they have 10's of thousands of dollars and your yard is torn apart. They use many tactics to pressure you and extort more money. You can see these patterns if you search other reviews. They promise dig to swim in 60 days and are nowhere close but attempt to place blame on the client at every turn. Run, don't walk, the other direction from Premier Pols of Utah. When the project started, we all got on a text chain to have transparent communication. Immediately, the chain and protocol were broken, and we saw that the communication was almost nonexistent unless they were seeking payment. Simply put, they are so awful that they post reviews on their website that are written by their own employees (see picture below where Jaren writes about how great his boss is.). The bid and design were poorly thought out and rushed so the design was not going to work. Without exception, if they said they would do something or be at our home on a certain date or time, they never showed up or did what they said on the date or time promised. Even the initial day they promised to start excavating was moved repeated times because they are so inept. I have almost 6 months of texts messages that are basically garbage excuses. Their design failed to incorporate a retaining wall, that, if they had been professional and not scammers, they would have foreseen and included in the bid. When they announced that we needed this, they sent my wife a bill and asked her to resign the new contract and pay immediately so they could stay on track because they were already behind. This was not on the group communication because they tried to force it through her quickly. They said they had been getting bids for 2-3 weeks and that was the best price. This was a lie. Their fake bids were $13,856.64 and $16,000 and they did not even bother to forge the date on one so we could tell they did not get it when they said they did. One bid was dated after the day I asked for it and supposedly they had been getting them for weeks. The bids were also incomplete because the contained none of the engineering specs so they could not have started work even if we had approved one. When I, in turn, bid the wall to concrete companies, I had to wait 3 more weeks to get the engineering specs from Premier pools to get bids so clearly theirs were bogus. Of all the bids we got, not one was even half as high as theirs. Jaren is an unprofessional baby who shuts down all communication with the client when he is called out on his BS. It is hard to even call him a project manager because he cannot even manage simple communication or client relations. He could not manage the construction toilet correctly, it showed up 5 weeks early and left a month late. Money was wasted everywhere due to his incompetence, and we were always left without communication. Travis is a skilled salesman who is very quick to lie and do anything possible to get your signature and your money. He is slimy and not to be trusted under any circumstances. Do your research on this company I'm willing to bet that any positive reviews are fake or written by employees or close contacts of Premier pools. Our pool took just over 6 months from dig to swim. It is OK, but I would not have done it if I had known how terrible the experience would be.

They have a lot of experience and are very knowledgeable for all pool related questions I have. Super timely responses to my texts and calls. Along with closing and opening my pool - they replaced a faulty water pump and gave me all the information required to keep it running smoothly. No issues since. They also helped me setup an efficient schedule on the controller\app and showed me how to effectively keep my pool clean. My hot tub pump also would not pump water and they easily fixed that as well. I would highly recommend Aqua Solutions!

I had a wedding reception in my backyard and the pool was a key part of the plan but the pool heater wasn't working. Joe committed, with very short notice, to get the pool functional. Instead of a simple part replacement the entire heating unit needed replaced. Under most circumstances I would have been told that it was impossible to pull off this service miracle in two days. Not with Joe and his team. Joe kept his word which meant that he and his team elected to work late into the night to ensure that I had a fully functioning, heated pool for the wedding reception. It ended up being a fabulous event where the children enjoyed themselves by swimming and the parents enjoyed themselves too. What a blessing Joe and team were to my family. I highly recommend Aqua Solutions Pool and Spa for all your pool needs

I would not recommend doing business with Aqua Tech…read more Reason: I received a bill for repairs that Aqua Tech did not perform. The only thing they did was come out to give an estimate of what it would cost to repair the said hot tub. There was no mention via the phone, email or their website about a $130 estimate/trip charge. The tech did not perform any service except to write down what I told him I thought was wrong with it. He was here less than 5 minutes and left without leaving an estimate. That was on 8/14/2024. Three weeks later, 9/4/2024, I received an estimate, but we had already repaired the hot tub. We had thought since they did not get back to us in a timely matter, they were not interested in doing the repairs. I told them at that time that we would not be using their service since the repairs were already complete. Again, there was no mention of any trip estimate charge or bill sent to me. On 10/14/2024 I received an email from Aqua Tech requesting that I pay $130 for hot tub services on a bill that was 3 months past due. This is the first time I received any correspondence from them since 9/4. I called them to find out what the $130 was for and was told that it was a trip charge for the estimate. Again, I was never told about the estimate charge, and it does not mention anything about a trip charge on their website, aquatechutah.com. I told them I was not responsible for it and to produce any document signed by me agreeing to the charge. She said it would be taken care of then hung up on me. This was on 10/15/2024. On Friday, 10/18/24 I received a letter from a collections agency requesting the $130 and threatened to report if not paid. Now I'm dealing with a collections agency.
