But Doug in concert with Troy Booth, TSB Services Utah, found that my skimmer never had rebar to hold it in place over Utah's winters. I now have a new skimmer, and want to thank both of them, but also the workers: Christian, Daniel and Juan, who took great care to finish/tile trim the opening also. Once the HOA signed off they were very prompt in finishing the pool even with rain delays etc. Our pool is beautiful, and we have compared it to many parade homes, and ours far exceeds anything we have seen.
