I had to go from Myrtle beach, up to DC, back down to Miami, then to Quito Ecuador. Ellen gave me 57 minutes to get through TSA, immigration, and finally find my gate in Miami . I knew this would extremely difficult. I called Ellen to get this changed within 20 hrs, I was told they do not have the "free cancellation within 23 hrs" offered by most online flight scheduling websites. I was also told by Ellen " child, you should have thought about that before you booked." My return flight was almost a bad with an extra unnecessary connection in Charlotte to get back to Myrtle. Lesson learned. This is why Travel agents are dying occupation.
