One of our tires had a nail in it and they were able to take off the bad tire and put on the spare. They don't repair tires, but I was able to take it to a local place to get it fixed.

The shop itself is nothing fancy, but bells and whistles while waiting doesn't mean much to me. I found a chair and started reading. Fifteen minutes later I had new tires. What I didn't like was the 4% up charge for using a credit card that they surprised me with. I can kind of understand a small business needing to add on the fees. But what gets me that it seemed sneaky to add it after the fact. "Oh, by the way, if you use a credit card it will cost more." They should tell you before they start so you can bring cash or a checkbook. Yes, I still use both of those. If fees for credit cards were posted, I sure didn't see it and all I had with me was a credit card. Be up front about it, guys, not sneaky.
