I called and spoke to Dave. They had a full docket but he told me to come by the next morning and they'd work me in. After I dropped the truck off, they called me within a couple of hours to let me know what was wrong and authorize the repair. They used original Ford parts and were far less expensive than the dealership! I have heat again! The team was very friendly and professional. Used Yelp's tools to find S&H and sent a text describing our needs about 8:30 PM. Got a preliminary response within minutes and a response from the owner, Dan moments later. He'd already checked with three of his suppliers to no avail, but promised to check an additional source as well as his stock of used tires. Said he'd respond shortly after 7 AM. He did, and we had the used tires installed within an hour before 9AM. Price was fair, service was quick, and we got two name brand tires to tide us over until we can get a full new set (the tires we had we're original equipment run-flats with 44k miles on them. The place doesn't look like much, but they definitely know what they're doing and the responsiveness was stellar.

Zack was the first person I met at the counter and he was very helpful and friendly and captured the requested work accurately and completely. Rob, their head mechanic expert, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. He explained the work and the pros/cons of doing the work, offered me options to prioritize work and was very honest on what they could do and what they couldn't. He even followed up on some challenging problems and found a way to solve them. We got more than our money's worth in value and peace of mind. I got a call about 2 hours later informing that the spare tire I had to put on the drivers side was a recalled tire about 3 years ago. They told me they were going to replace the tire and give me a matching tire to insure my safety. Had they not double checked my spare tire, I would have never been the wiser. The fact that they did this, and are giving me a free tire makes me feel that as a repeat customer to this location, that I do matter as a customer. I will never go anywhere else to buy tires. This is a cool old-style shop where you walk through the garage area to get to the office. The waiting room is noisy with the sounds of tire installation. You can have them send you a text when they are done, if you don't want to sit. I stayed there though. The coffee (free) was good, and they took care of my tire quickly.

When picking the car up I had asked if they did knowing the battery was under the back seat with a child seat. They didn't remove the child seat to look under to test the battery they said was good.
